What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re right in the middle of everything. The 8.3 rating makes sense once you settle in for a day or two. It’s not trying to be some luxury resort, but everything just… works. The WiFi actually connects when you need it, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the shower has proper water pressure – honestly, those are the things that matter when you’re exploring a city all day. The neighborhood around 3803 Sokak has this great mix of everyday Turkish life and tourist convenience. You’ll hear the call to prayer from nearby mosques in the early morning (which I found oddly comforting), but you can also stumble out and find a Starbucks if you’re desperate for familiar caffeine.

What really sold me on the location was discovering that the local dolmuş routes are super accessible from here – you can get to Kaleiçi or the beach areas without dealing with the tourist bus chaos. The street itself is wide enough that you don’t feel cramped, and there’s usually parking available if you’re brave enough to drive in Turkish traffic. I noticed families with kids seem to love this spot because Erasta Mall has that whole entertainment complex thing going on, but it never felt overrun with screaming children. The apartment has this practical, no-nonsense vibe that reminded me why I prefer staying in residential areas over hotel districts. You get a real sense of what daily life is like here, plus you can actually afford to eat at the local restaurants instead of tourist traps. Three stars feels about right – it’s clean, functional, and perfectly positioned, but don’t expect marble bathrooms or a concierge. For the price point and location, though? I’d definitely book it again.

  Чистота, кондиционер в каждой комнате, не шумно. Цена за апартаменты не высокая. Есть посуда (можно даже что-нибудь приготовить), есть вся бытовая техника. Хозяин быстро реагирует на вопросы (по what’s app).
