So Mi Hotel Boutique is tucked away on this narrow side street – 1330. Sokak – which honestly took me a minute to find the first time, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re right in the heart of Antalya’s old quarter, maybe a three-minute walk from Hadrian’s Gate, but far enough off the main drag that you don’t get the constant stream of tour groups walking past your window at 7 AM.

The building itself has this lovely restored Ottoman feel without being overly precious about it, you know? They’ve kept the original stone work on the ground floor, but the rooms – well, they’re properly modern where it counts. The air conditioning actually works (trust me, you’ll need it in summer), and I mean really works, not that half-hearted cooling you get at some places around here. What struck me most was how quiet it gets at night, despite being so central. The courtyard design sort of creates this peaceful bubble, and you can actually hear the call to prayer from Yivli Minare in the distance, which sounds touristy but is honestly quite beautiful when you’re having morning coffee on their little terrace.

The staff here genuinely seem to know Antalya – not just the obvious tourist spots but the good stuff. The guy at reception (Mehmet, I think?) steered me toward this incredible little fish place near the marina that I never would have found otherwise, and he was spot-on about which days to avoid the bazaar if you don’t want to be shoulder-to-shoulder with cruise passengers. Speaking of practical things, there’s no parking at the hotel itself – you’ll need to use the public lot about two blocks away, but it’s cheap and safe, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive around the old town anyway. Everything worth seeing is walkable from here.

The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid 4-star boutique place – not huge, but thoughtfully laid out with decent bathroom pressure and those little touches that show someone cared about the details. Mine had this tiny balcony overlooking the courtyard where I could actually sit with a book without feeling like I was on display. The breakfast spread is pretty typical Turkish hotel fare, but the bread comes from a bakery literally around the corner, and you can taste the difference. They do this thing with local honey that’s probably worth the room rate alone.

Look, it’s not going to blow your mind or change your life, but Mi Hotel Boutique does exactly what a good boutique hotel should do – it gives you a comfortable, authentic base to explore from without trying too hard to be Instagram-perfect. The 8-point rating feels about right; it’s genuinely good at what it sets out to be, with staff who care and a location that puts you right in the middle of everything while still feeling like a retreat. If you’re the type who prefers character over cookie-cutter luxury, and you want to feel like you’re actually staying in Turkey rather than some international hotel bubble, this place delivers on that promise.

  Great location, next to end of line tram stop (line 2 I think), tram every 30 mins.
  Price – Fantastic value, while u get what u pay for (small room, no pool) it was clean, warm and helpful staff.
  Sea – Short flat walk to beaches and bars, not busy but I was there in winter.
  Antalya and old town are beautiful.
  
  What could be improved: Room too small if you want to spend much non-sleep time in room. Open outside area with tables and chairs and small bar so may not be issue when warmer.
  It's kind of underground, not sure if all rooms have windows. Mine did looking on to bar area.
  I'm over 60 and while I would stay again solo I wouldn't with my partner, she'd be happier with bigger room and more facilities.

  Location of the hotel is perfect, close to main attractions and old town. The area was really quite as well. Price per night is very affordable, I truly recommend it for budget traveling. The room was pretty small but at the same time tere was enough space for 2 people. Bathroom and shower cabin size are good as well. The stuff was very helpful, especially want to thank that they made our c/in in the middle of the night without extra fees. Cleaning was done very properly, towels provided in the quantity we requested.
  
  What could be improved: The window in the room exists however it faces to the inner yard or to the other room's door.

  The hotel’s location was excellent, with convenient tram connectivity just a short distance away. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a decent level of comfort. The hotel staff were flexible about late check out on the last day as well which was ideal.
  
  What could be improved: I expected the room to be more spacious, but it felt a bit compact. There was no lockbox provided, and the kettle wasn’t clean upon arrival (though I didn’t raise a complaint about it).

  Fantastic location! The property is located within walking distance (less than 20 min) of the Old Town and also steps from coastal parks and shops. However, it’s tucked down a side street so it’s not too noisy. The room was spacious and a great value for what I got. Finally, the reception staff were quite friendly.
  
  What could be improved: I was surprised by the fact the property is actually located in the basement of a building. While there is a nice, open courtyard in the middle, none of the rooms have exterior windows (all the windows just face inward to the lobby, the hallway or the courtyard). This isn’t ideal if you plan to work a bit in your room. In addition, the bathroom often smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which I think was due to the ventilation system drawing in the fumes from the courtyard.
