Honestly, walking up to check in felt more like visiting someone’s really well-designed home than arriving at a typical hotel.

The thing about staying here is that you get this authentic slice of Antalya life without sacrificing comfort. The owners clearly know their neighborhood—they’ll point you toward the little bakery two streets over where locals actually go for breakfast (skip the hotel breakfast and do this, trust me), or mention that Thursday evenings get a bit lively because there’s a wedding venue nearby. These are the insights you just don’t get at the big chain places along the main strip. The rooms themselves strike this nice balance between modern functionality and local character. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with the “Turkish theme” decorating—you know what I mean, those places that hit you over the head with every possible cultural reference. Instead, it feels genuine, lived-in almost.

What really sold me on this place, though, was how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re close enough to walk to Konyaaltı Beach when you want that whole Mediterranean scene, but you can also wander the actual residential streets and grab groceries, sit in parks where families bring their kids, that sort of thing. The 7.8 rating feels about right—it’s not perfect (the Wi-Fi can be spotty on the upper floors, and street parking takes some patience), but it delivers on what matters most. There’s something refreshing about a boutique hotel that doesn’t obsess over star ratings or try to be everything to everyone. Mimoza just does its thing well, and if you’re the type of traveler who values character over predictability, you’ll probably love it here. Plus, and this might sound silly, but the morning light in this part of Antalya is just spectacular—something about the way it hits the buildings and filters down to street level. Makes even your terrible jet-lag hair look good in photos.

  Хороший отель, совсем недалеко от пляжа Коньяалты. Номер небольшой, но в нем все есть. Кровати удобные, матрац и подушки мягкие, белье чистое. Тапочки дали по запросу. Кондиционер работал хорошо. Телевизор показывает только турецкие и пару немецких каналов. Утюг можно взять в шкафу в коридоре. Номер был на третьем этаже с видом на бассейн и горы. Лифт есть. Просторный балкон. В номере есть мини бар, пустой. Завтрак очень хороший, всего достаточно. Приветливый персонал. Звукоизоляция нормальная. Вода в душе горячая, с хорошим напором. Вай-фай очень шустрый, сигнал устойчивый. В номере много света: потолочное освещение, прикроватные светильники, ночная подсветка. Есть небольшой бассейн, на вид он чистый, но мы не купались в нем, уже было холодно. Недалеко, в ста метрах находятся магазин Шок, небольшой вещевой рынок, кафе. Чуть дальше много ресторанов и кафе. До остановки городских автобусов 500 метров.

  Отель находится достаточно далеко от центра города и старого города. Рядом пустырь. Но транспорт работает отлично, добраться легко на автобусах, на такси 20 минут. В номере нет чайника, стаканов, воды. Воду можно брать из кулмарта на первом этаже.

  Hotel jest nowy, więc wszystko wygląda świeżo i nowocześnie. Pokoje są czyste i wygodne, a obsługa miła i pomocna – zawsze ktoś chętnie odpowiadał na pytania i starał się pomóc.
  Śniadania były dobre. Kawa i herbata 24h . Hotel ma świetną lokalizację blisko morza i w fajnej okolicy.
  Jako że hotel jest nowy i dopiero się rozwija , są jeszcze drobne rzeczy do poprawy. Np. przydałoby się więcej uwagi na szczegóły, takie jak dopracowanie niektórych elementów w pokojach. Ale to pewnie kwestia czasu, aż wszystko zostanie dopięte na ostatni guzik.
  Mmiejsce ma duży potencjał i jestem przekonana, że z czasem będzie jeszcze lepiej.

  What could be improved: Ванные комнаты: всё протекает, вода не уходит после душа, вытекает из кабины по всему полу, полагаю, такая ситуация во всех номерах, так как потолки все в подтёках. Нет крючков для полотенец, не ясно, куда их девать, если только на закрытый унитаз складывать.
  В номере нет сейфа.
  Завтрак… двоякое чувство; он вроде есть, и какой-никакой ассортимент имеется, но удовольствия не вызывает. Но, повторюсь, за цену отеля надо наслаждаться и таким.

  What could be improved: слышимость ужасная, попали видимо неудачно , до 2.30 ночи некоторые соседи постоянно хлопали дверью номера и бегали купаться в бассейн , при этом разговаривая между собой , но слышно было их общение даже у нас в номере

  New renovation, friendly and helpful staff, great location!
  Breakfast is included in the price, the pool is clean, there are sun beds.
  It's just an unrealistically beautiful view of the mountains if your room is located at the west end of the building.
  You can not swim in the pool after 8 pm (not sure here), so it's ok if your room windows overlook the pool, it will be quiet and you sleep peacefully. The hotel is in a quiet location, but there is everything you need nearby.
  It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach, the beach has clean water and lots of fish.
  Azat helped in all matters. For example, when our child got sick, he called the doctor and made an appointment for us.
  
  What could be improved: Room cleaning was poor, towels were not changed and toilet paper and shampoos had to be requested, but Azat solved this problem after we pointed it out.
  I didn't like the lack of a microwave oven and milk for breakfast (in the early days we brought our own coffee, but then a can of instant coffee and powdered milk appeared in the dining room). We bought our own milk and cereal to feed our son at breakfast. I couldn't heat the milk on my own, so I went to the kitchen. Of course, they were always happy to help me, but it would be better if I could warm up the milk myself. And it would be even better if warm milk and breakfast cereals for children were provided at breakfast.
