You know what struck me first about Mimoza Pansiyon? It’s tucked away on this quiet side street – 3806. Sokak – where you actually feel like you’ve stumbled into a real Turkish neighborhood instead of some tourist bubble. I mean, sure, it’s still Antalya and you’re definitely not the only visitor around, but there’s something refreshingly low-key about the whole setup. The building itself has that classic Mediterranean pension vibe – nothing fancy, but clean and welcoming in a way that makes you think the owners actually care about the place.

What really won me over was how genuinely helpful the staff turned out to be. They’re the kind of people who’ll draw you a little map to the good bakery around the corner (there’s this amazing simit place about two blocks down that I never would’ve found otherwise). The rooms are honestly pretty standard for a 3-star – don’t expect luxury, but everything works and the beds are comfortable enough. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during those sweltering July afternoons, and I appreciated that the bathroom actually had decent water pressure. One thing worth mentioning – if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room facing away from the main road because the morning traffic can get a bit lively around 7 AM when everyone’s heading to work.

The location is actually pretty smart when you think about it. You’re close enough to walk to Kaleiçi (the old town) in about fifteen minutes, but far enough out that you’re not paying those crazy tourist-zone prices for everything. There’s a little market practically next door where you can grab water, snacks, whatever – and the owner there speaks surprisingly good English. Honestly, for the price point and that 7.6 rating, I get it. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers on what it promises. The breakfast spread is decent – typical Turkish fare with fresh bread, cheese, olives, tomatoes – though don’t expect anything elaborate. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, shower, and use as a base for exploring Antalya without breaking the bank, Mimoza Pansiyon does the job well. Just don’t come expecting resort-style amenities, and you’ll probably leave pretty satisfied.

  The hotel provides well decorated spacious rooms. The owner and staff is very pleasant and helpful just make effort to talk to them. Good transport link and support with taxi excellent air conditioning and beautiful views of the mountain perfect lightning and there kitchen to cook you self what you like
  
  What could be improved: Small fixtures like sockets could improve bit of evening noise and the lock for balcony could be better. The hot water mostly there and if not it sometimes this depends on the area not the hotel it self. Was not reminded of my breakfast booked.

  This is actually what people mean by "Value for money".
  The price is at average / low level. Pansiyon is located in the center of Antalya, close to the bus station (which was important for us) and a big trade center.
  We arrived at night, but the hosts waited for us, met and we paid with credit card.
  Breakfast was generally good.
  
  What could be improved: Rooms are not very comfortable. Beds are quite old. Shower is of average quality.
  Hosts are not talking English / German / Russian.
  Neighborhood is not exciting – small personal houses and/or other small hotels.
  But again – this is "Value for money"!

  Stay for a one night. Close to bus station and markets. You can go everywhere in 20 mins from here.
