You know what caught me off guard about OPERA SUITES? It’s tucked away in this residential pocket of Altınkum that feels completely removed from the tourist chaos, but you’re actually just minutes from everything that matters in Konyaaltı. I mean, most people think they need to be right on the beach strip, but honestly – this spot on 422 Sokak is way smarter. You get the quiet residential vibe (which means actual sleep at night), but the main Konyaaltı beach is literally a 5-minute walk down the hill.

The building itself is part of The LOFT complex, and it’s got that modern Turkish apartment aesthetic that’s become pretty popular around here – clean lines, lots of glass, decent elevator that doesn’t make weird noises. What I really appreciated was how they’ve set up the suites. These aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms; they’re actual apartments with proper kitchens, which is clutch if you’re staying more than a couple nights or traveling with kids. The living spaces feel lived-in rather than sterile, if that makes sense. And the bathrooms – well, let’s just say they didn’t cheap out on the fixtures. Good water pressure too, which anyone who’s traveled around Turkey knows isn’t always a given.

Here’s the thing about this location that took me a while to figure out – you’re positioned perfectly between old Antalya and the beach scene. The dolmuş stop is right there when you want to head into Kaleiçi (the old town), but if you just want to grab groceries or hit the beach, everything’s walkable. There’s this little bakery around the corner that opens crazy early, and I swear half the neighborhood lines up there for fresh simit. The noise level is pretty much perfect – you’ll hear some street life during the day, but it quiets down by evening.

Parking was easier than I expected, though summer months might be a different story. The staff actually seem to know the area well, which sounds obvious but isn’t always the case with apart-hotels. They gave me solid recommendations for restaurants that weren’t just the usual tourist traps. The 8.5 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities at hotel convenience levels, plus that location advantage. It’s not luxury – don’t expect a spa or fancy lobby – but it’s smart, comfortable, and honestly better positioned than a lot of the flashier places along the main drag.

  My first visit in Antalya and the hotel staff were beyond my expectation. They catered to my every need. I could not recommend this hotel more to anyone excellent excellent excellent!

  Good location and parking in street was easy, Nearby cafes , restaurants and beach was easy to reach and retaurants were open till late. They had the pool though we did not use. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Room had its own Wifi so connecting phone to smart TV was amazing.

  Very nice and cozy hotel, staff are super friendly and helpful. Very easy to park the car, and literally a 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and some of the best dining places in Antalya. Totally recommended.

  Hotel was very clean, nice and modern decoration, WiFi was great. Pool area was small but clean and there was the option to buy food on site or eat out. Each room had air conditioning units which were very good. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was amazingly powerful.

  The apart hotel has perfect location – not the first line, thus away from the loud sounds and tourists, still the sea was 5-7 walking distance from the hotel (some might walk slower of course). There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood where the local people go, not the tourist places with good kitchen and affordable pricing.
  The staff of the hotel is exceptional – friendly, responsive, and they are always here for you. They speak English very good, so there are no problem with the communications.
  
  What could be improved: There is nothing I could complain about.
