  The hotel was clean good location near to all facilities shops and the taxis. The two staff receptionists on the front desk were nice and helpful. The room size good and comfortable with a microwave, fridge and TV which I didn't get to watch as was in Turkish language.

  What could be improved: The only negative I didn't like was when some guests ignored the 'Do not smoke sign' and were smoking cigarettes the strong smell came into my room, also if other guests were speaking loud I could hear them as the walls are thin.

  The facilities are new and clean. The hotel is near a tram station and the transportation is convenient.
  
  What could be improved: 1. The check-in staff is unfriendly and somewhat impatient.
  2. The soundproofing in the hotel rooms is almost zero. You can always hear clearly what people talk on the corridor or from the next room. I was woke up every morning in 4-5 am. I cannot understand how people could rest well in this unbearable circumstance.
  3. You have to lock the door from inside with a metal key, because the door is easily opened. Even when we fetched things in the room for just few minutes without locking the door, it was opened several times, which was really annoying.

  The location is great, 1 minute from the tram station, closer to MarkAntayla.
  Very clean and specious, it's like a studio flat.
  Staff is friendly and available all day.
  Bathroom also clean.
