  Room was spacious, the main restaurant is very large with an outside space. There is a lot to choose from. For dinner, we had mexican one night, italian another, turkish etc. The pools have more than enough life guards around which shows they take safety seriously. The customer service at Paloma is fantastic. My toddler spilled water on the bed. I called the reception requesting they change the sheets, someone was at our door within 2 minutes!
  
  What could be improved: The room is a little dated and might need some modernisation. The air-conditioning in the room could be cooler.

  All amenities restaurants are close to each other, good architectural designed and food has excellent quality.
  
  What could be improved: lighting was not enough and hair drier wasn't powerfull at all but its nothing than compares to other qualifications

  Personnel, food, facilities and atmosphere were great. The best hotel we've ever been to. Children were delighted and we also felt well taken care of throughout our 11-day long stay.
  
  What could be improved: Rooms were a bit outdated, especially air conditining which needed to be on all night but even on lowest setting it blew strongly in our faces.
  
  Balconies were very small.
  
  Key cards to our room stopped working 8-10 times and we needed to exchange them in the reception.

  the food was great and we enjoyed the territory with turtles (my kids liked to play with them). Cocktail bar for adults is amazing,
  
  What could be improved: we stayed in April and none of the outdoor swimming pools were heated which was a big disappointment. The beds overall are quite ucomfortable.

  Children paradise, programs and animators are great for kids and adults too. The staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful in a pleasant and respectful way.
  Bedrettin, the barista is a star, a really nice person.
  
  What could be improved: Please cut away using straws and plastic, single use cups- it s a waste and polluting our globe

  Very close to beach, also the pools are close to each other that give us the ability to move from one to another, the pool’s activities are very joyful for the family and the nights shows.
  villa rooms are quite and the size is good for family, the food is good as there are many varieties available
