  Large and Spacious, especially the bedroom.
  
  Ufuk the local rep was attentative and available.
  
  What could be improved: Bathrooms need renovation, many items broken or in disrepair – baths and shower full of black condensation mold.
  Only 1 proper shower for the whole house, and that is in the o suite bedroom
  
  Plates, cups , glasses all very dusty —all has to be cleaned by us before use.
  
  Gas hob required lighter to ignite, not provided.
  
  One final point- having to pay the balance (70%) in Cash Euro on arrival is not particularly customer friendly.

  Вилла расположена в удобном месте, относительно пляжей Белека и Кадрие. В пешей доступности два магазина для минимального наполнения холодильника и вещей первой необходимости. До супермаркета пешком идти 15-20 минут быстрым шагом или на такси 10€. До пляжа можно доехать за 10€. Сама вилла оборудована всем необходимым (кухня, посуда, посудомоечная машина, микроволновая печь, печь, духовой шкаф, кофемашина, соковыжималки и прочее), есть гриль. Кровати в доме удобные, кондиционеры не новые, но работают хорошо. Бассейн большой, плавать удобно, глубина около 1,6м, есть маленький бассейн для детей. Арендодатель Керим – замечательный, внимательный и приятный в общении человек. Ни одной просьбы не оставил без ответа. Включая помощь в поиске внешних услуг, не относящихся к вилле. Вилла находится в закрытом поселке(круглосуточная охрана и шлагбаум), очень тихо, нет громкой музыки, криков и толп людей. Приватность очень хорошая.

  Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir werden nochmal hingehen. Alles war Top! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Geld kam erst an zweiter Stelle unsere Zufriedenheit war an erster Stelle. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt hat war immer jemand zu erreichen. Unsere Meinung wurde erfragt um evtl. Dinge zu verbessern.. dies war unserer Meinung nach nicht notwendig, denn es war echt ein super Urlaub👍🏼

  Liked the location and the privacy. Kerim was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

  Great location for Land of Legends.
  Big rooms, large pool, owner available if any issues.
