  Вилла на охраняемой территории(все охранники вежливые люди), находится в 5 км от городского пляжа белек, в пару минут езды на машине до аквапарка land of legends, очень классное место: молл с бесплатной парковкой и посещением. Вилла с бассейном, который постоянно обслуживается, вода чистая. Навес с мягкой мебелью, очень уютное место почилить. Три жилых этажа, везде кондеры, ванна и туалет. Жилые комнаты аккуратные. wi-fi на хорошей скорости. В доме есть все для жизни: от ниток до различного рода техники на кухне, такое чувство что люди жившие здесь выехали на время нашего пребывания. Хозяин был на связи и давал ответы на все вопросы еще до того как мы забронировали виллу, говорит на русском. Разрешил принять наших друзей(пара) с ночевкой на сутки бесплатно. При выселении в 11.00 разрешили оставить вещи на проходной у охраны до позднего вечера бесплатно.
  
  What could be improved: Сама вилла немного уставшая, такие моменты как отслоение краски от деревянных элементов навеса никто давно не ремонтировал, вроде не критично, но не по хозяйски. Вода из под крана для питья не пригодна, отдает то ли хлором сильно, то ли вообще она с бассейна забирается, не понятно. Такая же вода и в душе. На первом этаже в туалете света нет, при заселении хозяин комплекса сказал что давно работает над этим)). Ключ в замке застрял, пришлось вызывать местного работника и ждать пока откроют дверь. Полотенца не первой свежести. Оплата за электричество и воду отдельно: придется заплатить за несколько кубов воды и работу насосов которые работают ежедневно в бассейне. В бассейне подсветки не было больше половины срока пребывания, вялая реакция на наши замечания. О том что вы заплатите за обслуживание бассейна никто не говорит, типа только за свет и воду)).
  При бронировании отеля нужен перевод 30% стоимости на счет турецкого банка, букинг ничего не снимет, то есть возникает дополнительный геморрой. Как то перевели деньги по какой то ссылке которую прислал хозяин виллы. Остальная сумма оплачивается только наличными, никаких карт, чеков вы тоже не получите)))
  Впечатления от хозяина вилл смешанные: вроде был на связи, но после оплаты вяло реагировал на замечания и просьбы. Не гибкий в плане скидок за косяки. По моему мнению не соответствует высокой оценке букинга.
  p.s. На соседнюю виллу заселилась большая семья, у них не было воды, сутки их там продержали с детьми без воды и душа, только по настоятельной просьбе переселили в другую виллу.
