  Het zwembad en dat alle kamers een eigen toilet en badkamer hadden.

  What could be improved: В доме постоянно что-то не работало. Не текла вода, приходили сантехники на несколько часов для ремонта. Не работал кондиционер, несколько часов у нас по дому бродили настройщики. Через несколько дней, нам звонит утром администратор, спрашивает, когда мы будем дома, чтобы в доме провели оптоволокно для интернета. Я говорю, решайте вопросы обустройства своего дома, в отсутствие клиентов, потому что наш отдых проходит постоянно в присутствии каких то посторонних людей в доме. Остались без интернета. Тем не менее, все равно, в дом постоянно кто-то без предупреждения и нашего спроса приходил, проверяя какие то системы в доме. Жена даже испугалась, пока я ходил в магазин, увидев постороннего мужика, ковыряющегося возле бассейна!
  Не смотря на это, потом перестал работать кран на 1 этаже и душ на 3 этаже…
  Вода в бассейне, не смотря на жару в 40 градусов была холодная
  Администратор, говорил, что всегда 24/7 на территории, но по факту при обращениях не реагировал на запросы. При звонках ему лично, всегда говорил, что сейчас занят: то в банке, то у нотариуса… в итоге, запросы исполнялись после нескольких напоминаний, много часов спустя. А вопросы касались даже элементарного наличия ножей и разделочной доски в доме.. и таких вопросов было много.
  И
  Итог: хозяевам и администратору, кроме полученных с аренды дома денег больше ничего не нужно. Им абсолютно нет дела до качества предоставляемых услуг.
