  Das Haus ist sehr groß über 3 Ebenen.und hat eine gute Aufteilung der Räume mit Garten und Pool.Sehr zentrale Lage in Belek.In der Nähe des sehr beeindruckendem Land of Legends.
  Die Golfplätze direkt gegenüber.
  
  What could be improved: Leider hat das Haus viele kleine Mängel.einige Türgriffe und Türschlösser sind defekt.
  Im oben liegenden Schlafzimmer tropfte es bei Regen auf die Fliesen und die Duschen könnten
  neues Silikon vertragen.Leider gab es keine Bettbezüge nur die Wolldecken.

  Great sized rooms. good pool area. well equipped kitchen. provided a great transfer from airport to villa. good WiFi.
  
  What could be improved: some door handles fell off, screwed in but fell off again. boiler not sufficient to provide hot water in all the showers at the same time. many lights blubs not working, promised to replace but only replaced a few.

  Temizlik, Kerim beyin sorun çözümü, havuz büyük olması, ev çok kullanışlı. Site içinde olması. Alışveriş merkezlerine yakın. Tekrar kalmayı isteriz ve tavsiye ederiz.
  
  What could be improved: Kullanılan eşyalar bazıları eskimiş, mutfak eşyaları eksik ve eski tava ve tencere kullanılacak durumda değildi. Eksik olan şeyler vardı (ama Kerim bey hemen sorunu çözdü). Ebeveyn banyosunu bakıma almak lazım.

  The house had what we needed. It was close to beach and shopping center. The owner was very responsive and helped us to take a taxi with a fair price. The pool was clean and size was big enough

  Grundsätzlich für den Preis ein gutes Haus. Schöner großer Pool. Ruhige Lage. Passt.
  
  What could be improved: Spülmaschine war nicht komplett defekt. Aber die Einbauten wie Schiene fehlten. War ein Ärgerniss.
  Kaffeemaschine gab es faktisch nicht.
  Nicht eine einzige Tasse in der Küche.
  Viel zu wenig Gläser.

  We stayed at paradise Town Villa in October 2023. When we arrived at the villa the reality exceeded our expectations. The villa is just beautiful, very spacious. it has all the amenities. Special mention should be made of the wonderful swimming pool. we spent unforgettable days. The owner Kerim is a great person, very kind and attentive. We want to give it the highest rating.
