Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Antalya’s old town, but this little gem on Fırın Sokak actually surprised me. The Pasha Suite sits right at the top of a traditional Ottoman house – and I mean right at the top, so yeah, you’re climbing some stairs, but honestly? It’s worth every step once you see that view. The whole place feels like someone’s carefully restored family home rather than a typical hotel, which makes sense because that’s basically what it is.

What really gets me about this spot is how perfectly tucked away it is. Fırın Sokak is one of those narrow cobblestone streets that tour groups rarely venture down – you’re literally a two-minute walk from Hadrian’s Gate and all the main Kaleiçi action, but you won’t hear the evening crowds from your room. The suite itself has this amazing mix of old-world charm and modern comfort that actually works (I’ve seen plenty of places try this and fail miserably). The bathroom’s been completely updated – thank god – but they kept all the original wooden beams and stone walls. There’s something really satisfying about making Turkish coffee on a modern stovetop while looking out through centuries-old arched windows at the Mediterranean.

The owner, who lives downstairs, is one of those people who genuinely loves sharing local knowledge without being pushy about it. She’ll tell you which hamam is worth your time (hint: skip the touristy ones near the marina), or where to find the best gözleme that isn’t marked up for tourists. The check-in process is refreshingly personal – none of that sterile hotel desk experience. One thing though: if you’re planning to visit during peak summer months, book the top floor early because word’s getting out about this place. I stayed in October, which was perfect timing actually – still warm enough for the rooftop terrace but without the oppressive heat. The terrace, by the way, becomes magical around sunset when the light hits the old city walls just right. You can see all the way to the harbor, and on clear days, the Taurus Mountains create this incredible backdrop that makes you understand why people have been fighting over this coastline for thousands of years. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying an extra night just because leaving feels wrong.

  Good location. A quiet alley in the middle of pub and restaurants . 5 mins walk to the old tram. Close to the park , Etc . Fews little local groceries around. Room was good for the family . Sofa bed was big enough for 2 .

  The apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos: it’s spacious and bright. The building itself is very beautiful, with a small museum inside. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including cooking utensils. We would like to extend our special thanks to the host, who was very welcoming and responsive.
  
  The location of the apartment is simply perfect — right in the heart of the old town. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Mermerli Beach through picturesque streets. The beach itself was also wonderful, with clean water and attentive staff. All the sights of Kaleiçi are within walking distance, just 5-7 minutes away. There are many restaurants and bars around, but despite this, the noise doesn’t reach the apartment, so you can rest comfortably.
  
  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, and if we visit Antalya again, we will definitely stay here.
