Honestly, when I first pulled up to the Pearly Hotel on Akdeniz Boulevard, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come in modest packages. This little gem sits right in the heart of Kuşkavağı, and I mean *right* where you want to be if you’re planning to explore Konyaaltı without the touristy chaos.

The thing about this stretch of Akdeniz Boulevard is that it’s actually perfectly positioned – you’re close enough to hear the Mediterranean if you open your windows at night (which I loved), but far enough from the main beach crowds that you can walk to your room without dodging selfie sticks. The staff at check-in was genuinely helpful, not just going through the motions, and they knew exactly which local spots were worth hitting up. I remember the guy at reception telling me about this incredible gözleme place just two streets over that I never would’ve found otherwise. The rooms are clean and comfortable – nothing fancy, but everything works, which honestly matters more than marble countertops when you’re out exploring all day. The air conditioning actually cools the room (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case), and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you wrestled with a pretzel all night.

What really sold me on the Pearly was how it felt like staying somewhere locals might actually recommend to their relatives. The breakfast spread won’t win any awards, but it’s solid Turkish fare that’ll fuel you for a day of wandering around Antalya’s old quarter or hitting up Konyaaltı Beach. Plus, there’s something to be said for a place that maintains an 8.3 rating without trying to be something it’s not. The neighborhood gets pleasantly quiet after 10 PM, which is perfect if you’re the type who wants to recharge instead of partying until dawn. Parking was surprisingly easy too – there’s space right out front most of the time, which anyone who’s driven in Turkish coastal towns will tell you is basically a minor miracle. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted a reliable base for exploring without paying resort prices for amenities I wouldn’t use anyway.

  The honeycomb ,choices of breakfast were good enjoy the typical Turkish food. The only thing I would comment is they don’t offer coffee as much as you like.

  Good place to enjoy the beach and explore the city as well as the surrounding sights. Should take a car. Superb breakfast. Went there twice at the beginning and end of the holidays.

  This is a modern hotel in a great location on the sea-front. Breakfast has good variety. The wifi is adequate for video calls and remote working. Thanks to Lala (daytime) and Yasin (nights) who are always friendly and helpful.

  The location is great, even the standard rooms have sea view. Just couple of minutes from the hotel to the sea. The spa center is great, there are free visits to hamam and sauna, and massage for extra cost. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good.
  
  What could be improved: The food is a little monotonous, agree several days you are getting tired of the choice. The service in the restaurant is slow. Cleaning service at least at the 8th floor happens late, already after lunch time

  Fantastic stay. Localisation is great, near beach, see, not far to shops, restaurants. Very comfortable room, great view. Helpfull staff, very good restaurant in hotel.
  
  What could be improved: There is only one lift and it's quit slow, but that is not a big thing. I did not found info about soda drinks in the fridge, so little supprise when cheking out. A little noisy, even when your room is on 7th floor.
