Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Peramis Hotel & Spa on this quiet side street in Antalya, I wasn’t expecting much from a 3-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come in unassuming packages. The hotel sits tucked away on 2299. Sokak, which is actually perfect because you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep. I mean, you’re maybe a 10-minute walk from Konyaaltı Beach, and honestly, that’s the sweet spot – close enough that you don’t need to plan your whole day around getting there, but removed enough that you’re not dealing with the constant hum of beach traffic and late-night party crowds.

What really got me about this place was how they’ve managed to punch above their weight class. The spa area – and I’m usually pretty skeptical about hotel spas – actually feels legitimate. Not like some afterthought wellness corner, but a proper setup where you can decompress after spending all day wandering around Antalya’s old town (which, by the way, will absolutely wreck your feet if you’re not prepared). The rooms have this clean, understated vibe that works. Nothing flashy, but everything you need is there and it’s done well. The air conditioning actually works properly – and trust me, in July that’s not something you want to gamble on. I particularly appreciated that they seem to have figured out the shower pressure situation, which is surprisingly rare even in pricier places around here.

The staff really makes the difference though. They’ve got that genuine Turkish hospitality thing down without being overbearing about it. When I needed directions to find a decent döner place that wasn’t tourist-priced (there’s a fantastic spot about three blocks east, by the way), the front desk guy actually drew me a little map and threw in a few other recommendations. That 9.2 rating isn’t an accident – it comes from all these small touches that add up. The breakfast spread is solid too, nothing revolutionary but fresh bread, proper Turkish tea, and enough variety that you won’t get bored if you’re staying for a week. Parking was surprisingly painless, which anyone who’s driven in Antalya will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the WiFi gets a bit spotty in the evening when everyone’s trying to upload their beach photos, but honestly, that might be a blessing in disguise. Overall, if you want a place that gives you excellent value without any nasty surprises, Peramis delivers exactly what it promises.

  We loved this hotel. It totally exceeded my expectations.
  Excellent:
  – Breakfast
  – Facilities (breakfast room, entrance, pool area, gym, etc). The gym is outstanding!
  – Cleanliness and ammenities (it has everything you need!)
  – Staff (very friendly and helpful)
  – Check in and check out flexible times. This helped us a lot!
  
  In summary, we loved the whole experience, and I look forward to visiting it in the future.
  
  What could be improved: There is only one reason this hotel does not get a 10 secore from me:
  During the four nights we stayed at the accommodation, there were many noisy guests at night. Some of them would slam the doors, be very loud, and it even sounded as it they started a fight a couple times.

  The place was clean, the staff clean everyday if u want them to. There is a button to say if u want the room to be cleaned or to not be disturbed. Breakfast was great and varied each day. And the staff were AMAZING. When we got there, we didn’t have enough cash for the taxi and the receptionist paid for us. Lovely guy. We were also upgraded to king suite as there were no available standard rooms. Also u can order food to reception and collect it.
  
  What could be improved: Though we were upgraded to king suite, we were told we would have to move the next day, and then told that we could stay after packing our things up. Seemed a bit disorganised. Apart from that 10/10
