You know what struck me first about this place? The name is absolutely terrible – I mean, “Professional Maintained New Spacious Flats” sounds like someone fed Google Translate a real estate listing. But honestly, don’t let that scare you off because the actual apartments are genuinely impressive, and the location is pretty much perfect if you want to be close to everything without staying in one of those massive resort complexes.

I stayed here last spring when the weather was just starting to warm up, and the apartment itself was way more spacious than I expected – like, actually spacious, not just “spacious for Turkey” spacious. The place sits on 2416 Sokak in Güzeloba, which is one of those quiet residential streets that somehow manages to be super central. You’re literally a 5-minute walk to Lara Beach, and I mean the good part of Lara Beach where the sand is actually maintained and you’re not dodging construction equipment. The Kundu area with all the nightlife and those big flashy hotels? That’s maybe 10 minutes if you walk slow. I actually preferred staying here rather than right in the thick of things because you get proper sleep – the street is quiet enough that you’re not dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM, but you can still hear the energy from the entertainment zone if you’re on the balcony.

What really impressed me was how well-maintained everything actually is (I guess the name isn’t lying about that part). The building feels solid, not like some of the newer developments that seem to be held together with hope and construction adhesive. The apartment had this clean, almost Scandinavian vibe – white walls, decent furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel supply catalog, and a kitchen that you could actually cook in if you wanted to skip the restaurants for a night. The owners clearly put thought into the details too – good water pressure in the shower, reliable WiFi, and air conditioning that doesn’t sound like a jet engine taking off. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward; someone met me at the building with keys and spent about 10 minutes walking me through everything without trying to sell me tours or breakfast packages.

The area itself is sort of perfectly positioned – you’ve got the beach scene when you want it, the old town of Antalya is maybe 15 minutes by dolmuş, and there are enough local restaurants and shops around that you don’t feel like you’re stuck in tourist-land. I found this little bakery on the corner that does incredible börek in the mornings, and there’s a small market two blocks away where you can grab basics without paying resort prices. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Antalya will appreciate. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the building doesn’t have an elevator, so if you’re on a higher floor and traveling with heavy luggage, just be prepared for that. But honestly, for the price point and location, this place delivers exactly what it promises – just maybe work on that name, guys.
