  It was an amazing experience worth to try and repeat, The rooms are very clean and comfy
  Food; great taste with great options & different cuisine every time .
  Staff are very friendly , special thanks to Gulhan in main restaurant , she was amazing & we used to find her first before choosing the table 😄 my daughter Lilia loved her so much.

  I loved the entertainment. It was exceptional. The pool parties in the adult pool were brilliant fun. The Tulum night was one of the best shows I have seen. Also the show Flirt was mind blowing.

  Size and space/ staff very attentive- especially Hussain at the indoor terrace. a wonderful week
  
  What could be improved: Our 3rd visit here- struggled to get into a la cart restaurants for a party of 8 but we ate well at the buffet restaurant

  Our room as great, very spacious and clean. The pool area was also clean and the staff were great.
  
  What could be improved: This is our 4th visit to this hotel and we love it. We play a lot of tennis and squash at home so last year we played lots of padel. We were really disappointed to find we had to pay $50 per hour this year to play. Last year it was free. When we have paid for an all inclusive hotel we were very surprised to have to pay for this. The court wasn't actually used a lot, such a shame. We also felt there was less staff than previous years as those who were there seemed to be covering lots of areas.
