Walking into RENEX HOTELS, you immediately sense this is something special — and I mean that in the best way possible. This five-star property in Antalya’s Kepez district has that polished luxury feel without being stuffy about it. The lobby strikes the right balance between impressive and welcoming, which honestly isn’t always easy to pull off. You know what really caught my attention? The staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests arrive, not just going through the motions.

Location & Getting Around

The Göksu neighborhood might not be the first area tourists think of, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re away from the crowded resort strips yet still well-connected to Antalya’s main attractions. The hotel provides free private parking — which is a godsend if you’re planning to rent a car and explore the Turkish Riviera properly. I found it’s about a 15-minute drive to the old town (Kaleiçi), and the airport is reasonably close too. Couples seem to particularly love this spot, probably because it feels more intimate than the massive resort complexes along the coast.

The Rooms

The accommodations here live up to that five-star rating without question. My room was spacious and thoughtfully designed — not just thrown together with expensive furniture. The bed was genuinely comfortable (you’d be surprised how many luxury hotels get this basic thing wrong), and the bathroom had all the amenities you’d expect. What I appreciated most was the attention to details like proper lighting for reading and enough outlets near the bed. The views vary depending on which room you get, but even the city-facing ones are pleasant enough.

Breakfast Experience

Now this is where RENEX HOTELS really shines. The breakfast spread is impressive — we’re talking a proper buffet with continental options, plus they accommodate vegetarian, halal, and kosher dietary requirements. I mean, that level of inclusivity shows they’re thinking about their diverse guest base. The quality is consistently good too, not just quantity for the sake of it. Fresh pastries, local specialties, and they actually know how to make decent coffee (which isn’t always a given in Turkey, despite what people assume).

  Aesthetically pleasing and the spa facilities were lovely. Staff are really friendly and kind from the concierge to the kitchen staff.
  
  What could be improved: I like everything, my partner feels there should’ve been more variation at breakfast. As it felt quite limited, although the female chef did to her best to make us omelette in the morning.

  We were placed towards the elevator. Complaint does not help, had to stay in the room for 4 days because of alleged overcrowding.
  
  Breakfast personal lazy and unfriendly. We asked for a small spoon and a waffle container for the marmelade. We were told because the breakfast openeing time was over for 5 minutes, she will not get these things anymore.

  Staff friendly and professional, hotel new and really nice decor, rooms spacious and comfy. Lovely bar area, pool and spa are gorgeous. Had a great Haman and massage.
  
  What could be improved: The only comment is rooms at the front of the hotel will suffer noise from the road traffic which is contestant, did not bother me but if your a light sleeper it May bother some.

  Decent WiFi speed,
  Nice aesthetics, nice room layout and reasonable size.
  Very reasonable gym given this is a hotel.
  Effective and fully controllable air conditioning.
  
  What could be improved: They forgot to re-stock in room tea and coffee each day, lol. (Although a gentle reminder might have fixed that – I just didn't have the time to).
