Look, I’ve stayed at plenty of extended-stay places around Antalya, but the Residence Inn on Burhanettin Onat Street is honestly in a league of its own. When I first pulled up to this place in the Zerdalilik district, I wasn’t expecting much – I mean, it’s tucked away from the main tourist drag, which actually turned out to be perfect. The building has this clean, modern look that doesn’t scream “hotel” from the outside, more like upscale apartments, which makes sense given the whole extended-stay concept.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment living. The suites are genuinely spacious – not that cramped “efficiency” nonsense you get elsewhere. Full kitchens with actual counter space, separate living areas where you can spread out your laptop without sitting on the bed, and honestly, the best shower pressure I’ve encountered in Turkey (and I’ve been around). The staff here gets it too – they’re not hovering, but when you need something, they’re on it. Check-in was smooth, parking is actually free and easy (huge win if you’re driving in Antalya), and the whole vibe is just… relaxed. You know what I mean? No pretentious lobby scenes or tourists taking Instagram photos every five minutes.

Here’s the thing about the location that most people miss – yeah, you’re about 15 minutes from Kaleiçi and the old town, but that’s actually brilliant. You avoid all the chaos and noise, especially during summer when the coastal areas are absolutely packed. There’s a solid grocery store just a few blocks down, some decent local restaurants nearby (the little kebab place around the corner is ridiculously good), and getting to the airport is way easier from here than if you’re staying in the historic center. I stayed here for almost two weeks while sorting out some work stuff, and it never felt cramped or temporary. The housekeeping team was great about working around my schedule, the wifi actually works for video calls – which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given – and there’s something really nice about having your morning coffee on a proper balcony instead of some tiny hotel room window. The pool area is small but well-maintained, perfect for an evening swim without the crowd. One tiny thing – the neighborhood gets pretty quiet at night, which I loved, but if you’re looking for late-night entertainment within walking distance, you’ll need to venture out a bit. But honestly, that 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. It’s not trying to be flashy or trendy, it’s just really, really good at what it does.

  New hotel, good location with easy (14 min walk) to old town but very quiet at night. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, good noise insulation if you value sleep. Good breakfast, varies every morning. Saunas, gym swimming pool.

  – Everything in the suite was very well thought out, all amenities including cutleries, stove, ovens, washing machine, iron, fridge were provided.
  – The bed, the washroom, kitchen area, lounge was just amazing at the price we got this for.
  – The staff was amazing and truly helpful.
  – The location was amazing too, 10 mins away from Kaleici Old Town.
  – They had a vending machine within the hotel having some basic snacks and items you could need, while also providing groceries to your hotel room as requested.
  
  What could be improved: – The breakfast was good but could work with some variety, possibly the option for variations of egg made to order similar to other countries and some options for seasonal fruits would make this place a wonder to stay at.

  It’s a very spacious unit with kitchenette washing machine and kitchen that you can use to cook. It has nice in room slipper and the bed is very comfortable.

  Wonderful stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast. I would stay here again.

  The hotel is newly built and beautifully decorated as in the pictures. All the staff working in the reception, restaurant, cleaning etc. do their job perfectly. A hotel that will not miss the comfort and luxury of your home. The hotel has a very large indoor parking lot. There is a 22 kW AC charging station by XŞarj brand. There is also an AC cable on the station. We will definitely stay at this hotel during our visits to the Antalya area.

  A fantastic brand new hotel. The room is spotlessly clean and exceptionally spacious. It features a kitchen equipped with all the necessary facilities, a good shower, and I adore the scent of wood and new furniture. Special thanks to Mehmet and Vesile, who go the extra mile to assist their guests with requests, being both friendly and highly professional.
