  We had an exceptional family stay at this hotel, made truly memorable by the outstanding staff and service. A special thank you to Ali Sahin at the front, who was incredibly helpful—assisting us with ATM access and arranging reliable taxi service. Irem and Timur were fantastic throughout our stay, always accessible via WhatsApp and quick to respond to any requests. The housekeeping and food service teams were equally impressive—consistently kind, cheerful, and eager to help. With top-tier amenities and exceptional food, this was a flawless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
  
  What could be improved: This is something that couldn’t have been helped, the weather turned for the worse on our penultimate day, I would say it would have been nice for some more in door options we felt a little stranded.

  The restaurants were amazing, the staff were kind, proactive and helpful. The overall facility is spread out so it doesn't get crowded at all.
  
  What could be improved: The inside of the hotel is quite old, the carpets in the corridors and the rooms are quite worn out , i believe they need to be replaced.
