Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first turned down 557. Sokak – it’s this quiet residential street that most tourists completely miss because they’re all rushing toward the main coastal road. But Rose Residence turned out to be one of those happy accidents that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special. The building itself has this understated charm, sort of tucked between local houses where you’ll actually hear Turkish conversations drifting from balconies instead of just other travelers.

What really got me was how the apartments manage to feel like actual homes rather than sterile hotel rooms. I mean, there’s a proper kitchen where you can make Turkish coffee in the morning (and trust me, you’ll want to – the local market on Hurma Sokak is just a five-minute walk and has the most incredible fresh produce). The living spaces have this lived-in comfort that makes you want to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. You know what surprised me most though? The attention to small details – decent water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually work, and WiFi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes like so many places around Antalya. The beach access is legitimately close, maybe a seven-minute stroll, but it’s not the crowded tourist strip. You’ll hit a quieter stretch where local families go, which honestly feels more authentic anyway.

The location really shines because you’re close enough to everything but removed from the chaos. Konyaaltı Beach is right there when you want proper facilities and beach clubs, but you can also walk the other direction toward the old harbor area – there’s this little fish restaurant called Balıkçı Hasan that the apartment manager mentioned, and it’s absolutely worth the fifteen-minute walk. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 9 PM, which I loved, though if you’re looking for non-stop nightlife you might find it too mellow. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer months (the streets are narrow, very European style), but the staff actually helped coordinate with neighbors, which was unexpectedly thoughtful. I stayed during shoulder season in October and the whole area had this perfect relaxed vibe – warm enough for the beach, cool enough for exploring the old town without melting. The 9.5 rating honestly makes sense once you’re there; it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but everything just works smoothly and feels genuine.

  The apartment is brand new, clean. Very well taken care of which is a very important factor to me. I have OCD so hygiene is 100/100. Location is great, 10min walk and you are at the beach(I make couple of stops as I like to pet cats)so depends really can be way less. Super safe community with CCTV cameras at all angles. Indoor and outdoors. Smart TV. Another thing I want to add is that the host she is so lovely and helpful. As well I must mention her mum and dad are such nice open hearted people with a great hospitality to their guests. And I cant miss to mention that they have the most sweetest dog ever Yuki, a cat Yin and turtles. Will definitely stay there again! We loved it! ❤️🥰

  Didem hanım очень гострепреимная и всегда на связи 😇😍🥰. Даже помогла нам организовать такси до аэропорта. Расположение дома очень удобное, все рядом и маркеты, и рестораны на любой вкус, близко выход на большую трассу, рядом пляжная зона, как платная, так и бесплатная. Все было просто восхититетльно🤩

  Clean apartment, convenient location. There are supermarkets nearby, bus stops, including in Kemer. The sea is close, 5-7 minutes walk. There is also a market nearby, but it is not permanent, they come on certain days. There is a mosque almost opposite, and morning prayers may interfere with someone, but it did not bother me personally. The manager is a friendly girl, always in touch.

  Нам понравилось все и я без колебаний ставлю 10.
  Главное – эти аппартаменты совершенно новые, и этот факт полностью перекрывает мелкие и неизбежные шероховатости. У нас иногда складывалось впечатление что мы первые, кто поселился в аппартаментах №3, поскольку в некоторых кухонных приборах еще лежали инструкции по использованию.
  – Аппартаменты полностью безопасные. Мало того, что они находятся в хорошем, спокойном районе, но они оборудованы современной системой камер по периметру и дверями сейфового типа. Хозяева аппартаментов живут в этой же вилле и имеют еще одного секъюрити – большую белоснежную собаку Юкки, которая просто украла наши сердца ))).
  – На кухне есть все оборудование для приготовления немудренного завтрака. Яичница, жареная колбаса и т.д.
  – Аппартаменты оборудованы самой современной бытовой техникой. Все что необходимо – найдете в шкафах.
  – Аппартаменты имют две комнаты, спальню и кухонно-жилую. Они небольшие, но для двух человек более чем достаточные. Каждая комната имеет свой кондиционер.
  – Прекрасный, мощный wi-fi.
  – Ванная комната оборудована душевой кабиной, которая не пропускает воду в комнату! Это было приятным сюрпризом для нас, потому что в других местах часто после душа вся вода на полу ванной )))
  – Аппартаменты расположены на 1 этаже и имеют над собой еще 3 этажа сверху. Это к тому, что даже в жаркие дни (а у нас пару дней было +38) комнаты не раскалены и легко остужаются кондиционером на 3-5 минут.
  – Хозяева всегда готовы к диалогу и сотрудничеству.
  
  What could be improved: Недостатков мы не нашли.
  Что гостям аппартаментов необходимо знать перед бронированием:
  – В аппартаментах нет привычного телевидения. Однако в аппартаментах установлен умный телевизор и имеется мощный wi-fi. Мы просто подключили этот умный телевизор к wi-fi и все что нам надо находили через встроенный браузер или встроенное приложение YouTube. Там много встроенных приложений. Кто пользуется такими вещами как Netflix – вводите данные своего аккаунта и вперед. Кто имеет какие-то приставки типа Kartina.tv – везите с собой, подключайтесь и будет вам счастье.
  – Не стоит путать проживание в отеле и в аппартаментах. Возможно на кухне не будет соли или сахара, или еще чего-нибудь. В 50 метрах от виллы находятся два супермаркета SOK и BIM которые полностью покроют ваши потребности для недельного отдыха. Мы купили там два пляжных полотенца по 4 евро за каждое, поскольку хозяева не приветствуют использование своих новых белоснежных полотенец на пляже.
  – От виллы до пляжа 900 метров. У нас это занимало 12-13 минут неспешного шага, с разглядыванием витрин лавок и ресторанчиков. Зато до основной артерии района Коньяалти, бульвара Ататюрка было метров 80 а именно там находились и банки, и обменники, и автобусные остановки, а главное – вкусные рестораны для ужина.
  – Через дорогу от виллы находится мечеть. С минарета 5 раз за день раздается азан. Возможно, кого-то это будет напрягать, но не нас ))). Муэдзин там служит хороший, поет прекрасно, с душой, и мы с супругой всегда ждали начала. Мы же едем в Турцию за экзотикой, в том числе!

  The apartment (No.3) was very cosy, clean, well-equipped and quiet (I didn't hear the mosque at night at all). It was definitely one of the best apartments I stayed in (five in total) in Antalya. Not far away from the beach, a lot of supermarkets nearby. The owner is very welcoming and responsive. Really enjoyed being there.

  We lived on the ground floor, room number 1. New plumbing. Availability of a washing machine. A good mattress. Good air conditioning in both rooms. Parking is right outside the building. But..
  
  What could be improved: We should immediately note that we are experienced and not capricious travelers. And we also respect and even take great interest in the religion of Muslims, BUT this building is located 50 meters from the grand mosque, in this regard, every day, between 5 and 6 in the morning, the muezzin was called to prayer through powerful loudspeakers. It's as extremely loud as an air raid siren. The sound resonates through the windows and furniture in the house. Calls to prayer are repeated several times a day and unfortunately we did not manage to get enough sleep on any of the days.
  Such a feature of the location had to be specified in the description of the object in advance.
  There was also poor sound insulation of the front door of the room and conversations could be heard on the ground floor.
  It also seemed to us that the advertised accommodation area (room number 1) does not correspond to reality and in fact it is smaller and quite cramped here.
  It was dusty, especially under the bed.
  An interesting fact is that upon our arrival and departure, the woman who met us tried in every possible way to be kind and make a good impression, but here is a real example of their relationship: there were no blankets in this apartment usual for a European person, a thick sheet is offered here as a blanket, but it was cold to sleep under it, considering that all night the air conditioner is working. To our polite request to give us two extra blankets or plaids, the owners replied in an ultra-positive form that there were no such blankets in Turkey and only for an additional fee they were ready to provide us with extra thick sheets (€15 for each), referring to the brooch with the rules of accommodation that they gave us when checking in. Although in the description of the object on booking.com there was no such information anywhere in advance.
  Maybe we were just unlucky.

  Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit voller Ausstattung. 50 Meter von einem Supermarkt und 500 Meter von einem Strand. Die Besitzerin ist superfreundlich und hilft gerne dabei einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle!
  
  What could be improved: Direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite ist eine Moschee, sodass man morgens sehr früh von "Gesängen" geweckt wird. Damit muss man sich aber arrangieren wenn man in der Türkei Urlaub macht.
