  Didem, the host was extremely helpful and amazing. Our check in took a few minutes which we were grateful for after arriving from Pamukalle a four hour trip.
  
  She went the extra mile to supply us with a microwave( which Antalya apartments do not supply) and a toaster a day after our request.
  
  She also organized a metered taxi to Antalya airport at 12:30 am the morning which costs us 675lira.
  
  The apartment is new with fully fitted kitchen with new utensils, gas stove, washing machine, huge fridge, dishwasher and many more.
  
  The pillows, towels, matress and bedding was of amazing quality.
  
  The cherry on top was the speed of the wifi, absolutely fantastic.
  
  The supermarkets and restaurants were a minute walk from the apartment. The mosque is opposite the apartment and we loved hearing the athan.
  
  The beach was a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
  
  I would definitely recommend this apartment, it felt like a home away from home. She has the most delightful parents who was extremely friendly.
  
  We would definitely return to Rose Residence when we visit Antalya again.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was perfect.

  Spacious, with all facilities required. Very clean and Didem is a great, helpful host. AC in all rooms were great during the hot times we visited. Also, window blinds that create pitch black were welcomed. Decent distance to points of interest (beach, shop, bus stations).
  
  What could be improved: All minor nitpicks but have to mention them: having to use 3 keys to get inside and having to do 4 actions, especially annoying with luggage/groceries (open gate, close gate, open building door, open apartment door). The fire alarms in each room blink strongly every aprox 15 seconds and are a little annoying. I found the bed matresses and pillows to be a little uncomfortable (pillow way too soft, matress too flat), slept much better on the couch then in the bed.

  We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was spotless, practically brand new, and perfectly located just 15 minutes by walk from our favourite beach club in Konyaalti. The neighbourhood was great, with plenty of breakfast spots, restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets just around the corner.
  
  The highlight of our stay was the hostess. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and making us feel truly welcome.
  
  Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to everyone. We can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Antalya!

  We recently stayed at this apartment and had an incredible experience. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and it’s only 10-15min walking to the beach. The apartment itself is cozy, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, also it was super clean!
  
  Also, I want to say a few words about the host family. They are super friendly and always ready to help with anything you need, that made me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Antalya!

  We had the pleasure to stay in Rose Residence and it did meet all of our needs!
  Great location as it is very quiet there and well known restaraunts, grocery stores, the beach and Antalya's family and child oriented attractions can be reached within a very short time. The rooms are very clean and tidy, equipped with all of the furniture and appliances that you would need for your stay. Expect to be welcomed by a warm hearted and friendly host 🙂
