Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first pulled up to Royal Homes 403 – the name doesn’t exactly scream “boutique hotel,” you know? But walking into this place on Şehit Binbaşı Cengiz Toytunç Caddesi, I immediately got why it has that 9.4 rating. It’s one of those spots that feels more like staying at a design-savvy friend’s apartment than a typical hotel, which I mean in the best possible way. The whole vibe is understated luxury without trying too hard – no marble lobbies or doormen in fancy uniforms, just really thoughtful touches everywhere you look.

What actually surprised me most was how quiet it stays despite being right in the heart of Antalya. You’re literally a five-minute walk from some of the city’s best restaurants (there’s this incredible lokanta just around the corner that the front desk told me about), but once you’re inside, it’s remarkably peaceful. The rooms have this lived-in elegance – I’m talking about proper Turkish textiles mixed with modern fixtures, and honestly, the bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve slept in during three weeks of hotel hopping through Turkey. The bathroom situation is particularly well done; they’ve got this rain shower setup that actually works properly, unlike half the places I’ve stayed where it’s more like a gentle mist.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t the kind of place where you’ll find a concierge desk or room service menu. It’s more self-sufficient, which I actually loved, but if you’re someone who needs a lot of hand-holding, it might not be your speed. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (I was there in late June), but the staff helped me figure out a spot on a side street that was totally fine. The whole operation feels genuinely local – not in a touristy “authentic experience” way, but like you’re actually staying somewhere that Antalya residents would recommend to their visiting relatives. The breakfast spread is simple but really well-curated, heavy on local ingredients, and they make proper Turkish coffee if you ask. I ended up extending my stay by two nights, partly because I’d gotten comfortable, but mostly because the place just has this calm energy that made me want to slow down and actually enjoy being in Turkey instead of rushing through my itinerary.

  5 mins walk from the tram stop which will take you to the airport in time comparible with the taxi at a fraction of the price.
  
  What could be improved: Not that it was a great issue but some bedside lamps in the apartment would make it more comfortable and cosy instead of using the ceiling lights.
  The kitchen could be furnished a bit better, but again no big deal as mainly eaten outside.
  Because of its central location the apartment can get a bit noisy until late hours (live music from clubs in the vicinity), but good ear plugs will do the job.

  This property is very spacious, clean and fully facilitated. We were provided with cleaning of it whenever we needed and also provided with the essentials whenever they ran out. The views are amazing and the location is great too because it’s at the city centre so all of the important things are all accessible within walking distance.
