I’ll be straight with you – when I first walked up to the building, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The address had me thinking it might be some converted apartment situation, but stepping inside completely changed that impression. There’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here, you know? The kind of place where they’ve thought about lighting and textures instead of just cramming in as many rooms as possible. The whole vibe is more like staying at a really well-designed friend’s place than a typical hotel, which I mean in the best possible way. What really got me was how quiet it stays despite being in the city – I’m usually the person who packs earplugs everywhere, but honestly didn’t need them here. The street doesn’t get much through traffic, and the building itself seems designed to keep the outside world… well, outside.

The location is actually pretty clever when you think about it. You’re close enough to walk to the main areas without being right in the middle of all the tourist chaos. I found myself using it as a base to explore different parts of Antalya, and the neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel that’s refreshing after spending time in the more touristy sections. There’s a local bakery about two blocks down that does incredible börek in the mornings – the kind of place you’d never find if you were staying in one of those big resort hotels. Parking was easier than I expected too, which anyone who’s driven in Turkish cities will appreciate. The whole experience just felt more… authentic, I guess? Sometimes boutique places try so hard to be unique that they forget about comfort, but this place gets the balance right. That 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s the kind of score you give when a place exceeds expectations you didn’t even know you had.

  Очень внимательный персонал, задавала много вопросов до приезда, отвечали на все. И быстро. В номерах чисто, есть всё необходимое для приготовления. Идеальное расположение, самый центр города. Рядом порт и старый город. Внизу вкусная шаверма, недалеко торговый центр и продуктовый магазин Мигрос. Мы брали машину напрокат в локал рент, до конторы минут 15:20 пешком, платная недорогая парковка прямо возле отеля, места всегда есть. Идеально. Посмотрели достопримечательности в регионе.

  The studio is in the center of the old town and the view is fantastic, The studio is a good size with a very big balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartment manager is superb very easy to contact and helpful.

  The view and the facilities, we can pretty much cook and wash our clothes like in the home
  
  What could be improved: During our 5 days stay, we only have 1 time cleaning service because they said they can’t offer more cleaning service. Also the bed hurts our back when we slept in it.

  Es war alles sehr sauber genau wie auf den Bildern und sehr flexibel. Wir sind spät abends angekommen und trotzdem hat jemand auf uns gewartet das war ein Pluspunkt.

  Studio fonctionnel et propre pour 2 personnes.
  Très bien placé à 100 mètres du quartier historique.
  Personnel sympathique qui nous a aidé pour les valises.
  Dans le frigo quelques boissons de bienvenue.

  Derrière l’entrée de l’immeuble un parking couvert pour garer sa voiture environ 360 livres turques pour deux jours.

  Excellent location, minutes to the old town and airport access.
  Large terrace with beautiful sea views.
  Modern studio with large fridge freezer, with some complimentary drinks.
  Great remote air con.
  Powerful shower.
  Fast WiFi.
  Staff helpful and accommodating and quick to communicate.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing I didn't like. But a few suggestions to make it even better.
  Dining table, sunloungers for the very large terrace. The small table and chairs were too low and not suitable.
  A full length mirror by the door.
  There was no bedside lighting so you have to get out of bed to turn the main bright light off.
  Also a little shelf by the bed would be useful.
