The room I stayed in was clean and functional, though definitely showing its age in spots. Air conditioning works well (crucial in summer), and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a mid-range place. Don’t expect Instagram-worthy interiors, but everything you need is there — decent shower pressure, reliable WiFi, and a small balcony where you can actually sit with morning coffee. The housekeeping staff does a solid job, and I mean, for the price point, you’re getting good value without any major complaints.

Breakfast happens in a simple dining restaurant that opens onto a small terrace, and it’s actually one of the hotel’s stronger points.   Reception do not know service, they only do check in. Any help they are not willing,
  Most of them either do not understand or ignore.
  I talked with them several times about booking by booking.com but they reply to talk with booking.com they can not help to cleaning the room or fixing the ac.
  It was too hot outside and I have a small baby but they do not bother

  What could be improved: Lack of hygiene. Old furniture. Bad food. Toilet seat and bathtub have never been cleaned. Was going to buy the hotel a cleaning product but I knew they wouldn't use it. There was big old snot on the wall.

  What could be improved: I have booked a family room with 2 adults and 2 children all inclusive but when I came to check in receptionist said only 2 adults booked and he gave us small room with only one bed, mattress on the floor and I slept on the floor. Next morning they moved us a bigger room but charged us the lunch and dinner which wasn’t fair.

  I liked the location of the hotel and the access to the beaches on the south side, very beautiful and clean, for those who do not rent a car a good option is the taxi that serves you quickly
  
  What could be improved: I found the hotel very hot with little refrigeration, could also have a ventilation, the air conditioning in the room and the Mini bar are very old and do not account for the cooling,
