You know what caught me off guard about Sea Breeze Home? It’s tucked away in this residential apartment building on 3137. Sokak – honestly, I walked past it twice before realizing the entrance was right there. The whole setup is refreshingly different from your typical Antalya hotel scene. Instead of some massive resort complex, you’re staying in what feels like a local’s sophisticated apartment, complete with that lived-in charm that boutique places either nail perfectly or mess up entirely. This one definitely nails it.

The location is actually brilliant once you get oriented. You’re in a proper Turkish neighborhood where you’ll hear morning calls to prayer mixing with the sounds of families starting their day, but it’s still close enough to the tourist areas that you won’t feel stranded. I mean, the address might look intimidating if you’re not used to Turkish street numbering, but your taxi driver will find it no problem – and honestly, that’s half the adventure of staying somewhere authentic like this. The 8.2 rating makes total sense when you experience it firsthand because it’s one of those places that does the fundamentals really well without trying to be something it’s not.

What I loved most was how the space felt genuinely homey – you get proper kitchen access, comfortable seating that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel catalog, and windows that actually open to let in those Mediterranean breezes (hence the name, I guess). The host clearly knows their stuff about what travelers actually need versus what hotels think we need. Sure, you might miss having a 24-hour front desk or daily housekeeping, but in return you get this sense of living like a local for a few days. Just keep in mind that since it’s in a residential building, you’ll want to keep noise levels reasonable in the evenings – your temporary neighbors will appreciate it. The whole experience feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a commercial accommodation, which is exactly what makes these kinds of boutique spots worth seeking out in Antalya.

  Размер квартиры большой
  Хозяин все расписал по прибытию. Это удобно. Сразу скинул видео, как найти и заселится в квартиру.
  Тихий район.
  Без машины будет не очень удобно.
  
  What could be improved: Я считаю, не важно за сколько ты сдашь свою квартиру. Но оно должна быть чистой.
  Посуды для готовки мало.
  Квартире необходим хороший клининг. Общий клининг, что бы ее хоть разово нормально убрали.
  Холодильник тоже помыть бы.
  Раковина в ванне протекала прямо на пол.

  Size is of the rooms was very good the flat was with two bedrooms and one living room and good kitchen with all staff you need clean and very good for families also the car parking is also available if you have a car
