  The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good. The day and night staff were very polite and courteous. The woman in the kitchen was very sweet

  Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, Rooms were modern, clean and tidy. Although staff didn't speak much English but they were friendly and helpful. Ahmed always smiling and ready to help.

  Staff very friendly, treated you like family. Nice breakfast, Turkish tea available all day and night, great location in quiet road but just along from tram and shops. Bedding was of good quality, bed comfortable, balcony had nice view. The double shower was wonderful. Aircon worked really well and was quiet.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing that was missing was fruit juice for breakfast. Orange trees grow in the area but there was no orange juice offered at breakfast. But the Turkish tea was lovely.
