It’s one of those places where the moment you walk in, you can tell someone actually thought about how people want to live, not just sleep for a night. I mean, it’s tucked away on 7th Street in Arapsuyu – which honestly most tourists have never heard of, but locals know it’s this perfect sweet spot between the chaos of central Konyaaltı and the quieter residential areas heading toward the mountains.

The apart-hotel thing really works here because the suites feel like actual apartments, not hotel rooms with a tiny kitchenette shoved in the corner. I’m talking proper living spaces where you can spread out, cook a real meal if you want (the local markets are incredible, by the way), and honestly just breathe. The spa part isn’t some afterthought either – they’ve got this really nice Turkish bath setup that locals actually use, which tells you everything. You’ll hear as much Turkish as English in the corridors, and that’s always a good sign. The staff switches between languages so naturally, and they know their neighborhood inside out. Ask them about the best pide place nearby and watch their faces light up – they’ll probably argue among themselves about which one to recommend.

What really sells me on this place is how it sits in Konyaaltı without being right in the thick of the beach madness. You’re maybe a 10-minute walk to those gorgeous pebble beaches, but you won’t hear drunk tourists at 2 AM (well, not every night anyway). The building itself has this modern Turkish aesthetic that doesn’t try too hard – clean lines, lots of natural light, and those beautiful stone accents you see throughout Antalya. Parking is actually decent here, which anyone who’s driven around Turkish resort towns will appreciate. The breakfast spread leans heavily Turkish with some international touches, and honestly? Skip the hotel breakfast sometimes and walk five minutes to that little bakery on the corner – their börek will ruin you for the packaged stuff forever. The 9-rating makes total sense when you factor in that it delivers exactly what it promises without the pretense. It’s not trying to be a flashy resort, and it’s not trying to be a budget crash pad. It’s for people who want to actually experience Antalya properly – close enough to dive into the tourist stuff when you want, far enough away to remember you’re in Turkey, not some international hotel bubble.

  The staff were exceptional Angela was absolutely fantastic she helped us throughout our entire trip and helped immediately and was always on hand even offering free coffee and giving tips and advice, always aware of her guests and on hand to provide the best service. The hotel is located near many eateries and close to the beach. The air con was excellent in each room and remote controlled. The apartment is spacious and has a small balcony for two people to sit.
  
  What could be improved: Please be aware there is no loft so you will need to use stairs, also the spa is mixed no separate female/male facilities.

  Great apartment! Very convenient location. To the sea 5 minutes. Migros shop in the neighbouring building. Friendly, helpful staff. We had everything we needed: dishes, iron, hairdryer, tumble dryer, etc. The air conditioning worked well.The bed linen and towels were clean.

  What could be improved: It's not a minus, but there was only one dishwasher capsule and no laundry detergent. We had no problem buying some. But just if you are staying for a couple of days, it's better to take some with you:) Also there's no lift in the building. Maybe this will be useful information for someone else

  Had a great staying there. Basically, each room in that hotel is a very spacious apartment. Every amenities were in place. The location is also great, it's a few minutes walking from the sea. There are a few good restaurants in the area.

  We were peaceful and happy during our stay. We really noticed the cleaniless in the entire property. We were welcomed by Tolga with an honest smile and assisted us well enough. Wedidnt have any restrictions. We will never forget Angela❤️…. Our flight was late in the midnight so they extended our check out without any concern.. My children enjoyed swimming pool even till 11 pm… We had two beutiful room and nice living room and fully equipped kitchen. We will definitly come back😍
