You know what caught me off guard about SL La Perla? I was expecting another cookie-cutter Kemer hotel, but this little boutique spot actually has some personality. It sits right on Atatürk Caddesi in the Beldibi area – basically between the chaos of central Kemer and the quieter Göynük neighborhood, which honestly works out pretty well if you want to escape the crowds but still have easy access to everything.

The thing is, they don’t have an official star rating, and I get why – it’s sort of in its own category. The vibe is more intimate than your typical resort strip hotel, maybe 40-50 rooms max from what I could tell. Check-in was surprisingly smooth (I mean, no long lines like at those massive places down the road), and the staff actually seemed to remember guests’ names, which you don’t see much anymore. The lobby has this Mediterranean-meets-modern thing going on – not trying too hard, just comfortable. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, even though you’re still close enough to walk to the beach clubs and restaurants along the main strip. The rooms are decent sized, nothing fancy but clean and well-maintained. Air conditioning works properly, which… well, you know how hit-or-miss that can be in some Turkish hotels during peak summer.

Location-wise, you’re about a 10-minute walk to the pebble beaches, and there’s actually a decent döner place just two blocks down that the locals use – always a good sign. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, which matters if you’re planning to rent a car and explore places like Phaselis or drive up to Olympos for the day. The 7.4 rating makes sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s solid and honest about what it offers. I’d say it works best for travelers who want something more personal than a big resort but don’t need all the bells and whistles. The breakfast spread is typical Turkish hotel fare, nothing groundbreaking but fresh bread and good coffee to start your day. Honestly, if you’re spending most of your time exploring the Lycian coast anyway, this is the kind of place where you can rest up without breaking the bank or dealing with resort crowds. Just don’t expect a spa or multiple pools – it’s more about location and that boutique feel than amenities.

  What could be improved: My daughter was allergic to fish and nuts, there were no signs for allergy, and most of the food had fish and nuts in it. They also need to add proper food signs in English for tourist.

  Hotel is perfect for family with kids. Kids really love the water slides. Staff are kind and professional. Food was good (a lot of choices)

  The hotel is in fair condition, not brand new but it’s ok. The staff very friendly and smiling but not speaking English which sometimes makes you uncomfortable. Right at the beach but far from other cities and shopping opportunities. Food is fairly good in price value ratio but the only thing which they could improve is the temperature of the food. The hot dishes were always cold, tasty but cold. The pastries during breakfast was poor. For the rest we had a nice stay.

  I really liked La Perla Hotel. Large spacious room with sea view, excellent breakfast lunch and dinner, great drinks at the bar. The hotel staff is very polite and always happy to help. The rooms are clean, the pool is just great.

  The permit is very nice, they have a great beach front and alot of potential. The entertaiment team is very good. They alway try to make guests of all ahes happy

  What could be improved: The food quality is very cheap! They could easily make it better with some quality contral and better quality food purchases.
  At the entrance street of the hotel you are welcomed by the hotel garbage smell! Come on guys find a better place for the hotel waste!
  The fridge in the room was not working
  The AC stop working at the 3rd day of our stay and had to repair it ourself it was late and no tech team available, they offered to change the room but we were able to check online and repair the AC error.
