  The sports and activities team is just awesome
  The pool is just amazingly big, so it was never crowded.
  Plenty of food and desserts around at any time of the day
  
  What could be improved: We went off season, so there was not much evening shows
  It's not a downside for me, just something to consider for others.
  Overall I really enjoyed my stay

  Food was amazing.

  Nice comfortable room with excellent view over the sea from the 5th floor balcony.
  Good selection of fresh food and a trip to the a la carte Wasabi restaurant was very good.
  The staff were friendly and attentive.
  The facilities we used were very good, the indoor pool and spa area.
  As it was out of season none of the outside facilities were open.
  
  What could be improved: I may be a bit of a drinks snob as a lot of the drinks just didn't quite taste right. Maybe it's because I am used to drinking branded spirits and not equivalents, but at the price I paid for the stay I couldn't expect the same as I am used to at some of the more expensive Belek 5* AI resorts. So it isn't a complaint, just my observation.
  As far as the evening entertainment was concerned the gentleman singing although he had a nice voice, to a native English speaker listening to someone sort of mumble hum through most of the words then sing the odd lyrics he new, is at first a bit fun but did become more of a joke after awhile, but as the majority of guests were Turkish, Russian and German they possibly wouldn't notice and would just think it sounds nice

  All sport and leisure facilities combined.
  Good restaurants
  A Chinese and Japanese deluxe restaurant where we were invited for dinner resulted in severe food poisoning from shrimps 🍤 with vomiting 🤢 and diarrhoea which sapped my strength and energy on last two days of my stay.
  I reported this to restaurant and management of hotel.
  I have no allergies to shrimps,and have eaten shrimps in main restaurants in Belek,Istanbul, Doha Qatar.
  Anyway such things do happen.
  Also the rooms were quite archaic in design.
  There was a bath tub which was quite difficult to get in.
  A flat shower room would have been more appropriate.
  
  What could be improved: As a Muslim couple with five grown up children ,we took strong exception to flimsy dress 👗 worn by ladies and girls in restaurants.
  Bikinis were common even in gym 🏋️‍♂️.

  Food was great, lots of choice and other options at lunch (beach bar). Drinks service by the pool. Kids disco was fun for the little ones and a mix of entertainment- the hotel went to a lot of effort. Overall we had a great stay!
  
  What could be improved: Aircon was not very effective in the rooms

  The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Guest relations does a good job, each and every request is processed in a short time. Quite often a message is sent asking if you are well and do you have everything you need. Thanks to the yoga/pilates instructor Cedina (possibly writing the name wrong) and Fitness instructor Nila.
  Special thanks to the waiters at the restaurant, pleasant young waiters who know their job, you always find a table, they are welcoming and serve quickly.
  The service at this hotel is top notch. They don't skimp on staff, on the contrary, very good staffing, it makes your holiday to another level 😉
  
  What could be improved: For me beds were hard to sleep.

  Exceptional service, very polite and quick throughout. The food, although sometimes not very warm, was very good, an amazing mix of cuisines for every taste. Live music in the evenings was very enjoyable. Generally, our stay was very good and relaxing.
  
  What could be improved: The first room we were given was right on top of the disco floor with booming music and flushing lights till midnight. The aircon was very clunky, and the bathroom door wasn't closing properly. We asked for another, and moved to the other side of the hotel with no problem. In the other room the shower was blocked, but the issue was resolved quickly.

  Terrific food. Very varied. There are several restaurants open. The staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are large and well maintained.
