  Stylish apartments made with soul. I really enjoyed my stay there. Lovely vinyl player, but would have liked more records) The host is very friendly and welcoming. The location is really good – in the tourist center, but in a quieter part of it. It is about 10 minutes walk to the old town and the beach.

  What could be improved: I felt like the water in Turkey was quite hard and it left a buildup in the kettle and on the plumbing – a water filter would be a good idea. And sometimes it is too hot in the bedroom

  Большая квартира в самом центре Калеичи. Оригинальный дизайн, владелец не поскупился на технику: хороший кондиционер, огромный холодильник, газовая печь, микроволновка, большой бойлер, стиральная машина. В апартаментах очень чисто, на кухне полный набор посуды. Добросердечное отношение. Отличное расположение, в пешей доступности магазины, торговый центр, рестораны и кафе, основные достопримечательности. Громадный оборудованный пляж и пляжный парк вызвали восторг. Море очень тёплое, вода чистейшая.

  Our stay at this place was very nice. The flat was bright and comfortable for our one-week stay, kitchen equipment as well as space for preparing a meal enough and clean. Bathroom was indeed comfortable. Spacious living room for those who prefer spending time in the flat instead of outside.
  
  Very comfortable bed (in a separate room). The location of the flat is convenient for tourists looking for spending their time visiting the old town as well as for those who want to commute to the other part of the city (and/or) out of the city – bus stop 80m distant.
  
  The windows of the living room (and the balcony) overlook secondary school – we found it very nice to have a breakfast accompanied by the teenagers’ hubbub (if you do not like it, you may close the window).
  
  The host operates in a fast, concrete way, explains the rules of the stay clearly, does not intervene into your stay and all that he expects is to respect the agreed stay conditions. The host takes care of the flat cleanliness and requires the same from the guest.

  Отличное расположение в самом центре, недалеко остановка трамвая в аэропорт, рядом множество кафе, старый город, выход на набережную. Квартира очень чистая и уютная, есть всё необходимое в ванной и на кухне, стиральная машина работает. Интересный дизайн с кучей гаджетов – как в квартире, так и в подъезде. Быстрый и стабильный wifi для работы. Легко добраться, легко найти. Лучший вариант по соотношению цена / качество / расположение в центре города, который у меня был. Хозяин вежливый и приветливый, счастья ему и процветания!

  Квартира как на фотографиях. Отличное месторасположение рядом с центральной улицей, очень чистая квартира, отличный интернет, чистое постельное белье, санузел, балкон. Приветливый хозяин. Нам хочется вернуться еще! Очень все понравилось.
  
  What could be improved: Нет такого, только если как пожелание: установить кондиционер в спальне, сейчас он установлен в гостиной, но мощный.

  Buongiorno, per avere le chiavi e dare il contante al gestore è stata una cosa fulminea, con l'aggiunta della pretesa di volere altri 50 € di cauzione, che a suo gentil dire mi avrebbe reso. Ebbene dopo questo primo contatto, ho tentato di chiamarlo x qualche problemino nell'appartamento, ma la sua risposta è stata che noi non dovevamo ne cercarlo ne disturbarlo..Quindi non si è piu fatto vivo, neanche x rendere i 50 €.
  
  What could be improved: Non mi è piaciuto che Booking abbia e lavori con dei partern cosi disonesti, sono rimasto molto deluso, non so se la prossima volta mi affiderò a Voi.

  What could be improved: The host. Friendly in the beginning and extremely unfriendly in the end. He came at 10 am for check out and we were about to leave and were moving our bags out and he stood in the corridor with very unfriendly face like “ get out already” . We couldn’t check if we took all so we left and found later that we forgot iPhone cord, silver earrings, and full bag of food. When we texted him later those day that we need to pick our stuff he wrote in rude way that all was thrown away there is nothing and he cleaned apartment for 7(!) hours what is lie because we left very cleaned place. We washed all dishes, wiped tables.. there was nothing to clean for long. We always clean places well when travel around the world. Plus this host demanded cash in euros or dollars when we checked in and he didn’t ask about it in message before we came. So it was hard to find dollars in city even in American bank because now in Turkey problems to get this currency and he did not want to take in turkish liras what is illegal because in Turkey they have to accept their own currency.

  Die Lage ist TOP. Fußläufig erreicht ihr das Zentrum mit Bars und Geschäften, Restaurants. Die Einrichtung leider altbacken und spartanisch. Die Küche dafür gut ausgestattet. Es war sauber. Der Eigentümer hat uns direkt vor der Haustüre ein Parkplatz reserviert. Das war sehr nett von ihm.

  The location is top, 200 meter near to the Old Town. The apartment is nice-looking and spacious, with a view to the neighbouring school. Breakfast isn't included as it was stated in the description. The furniture is often represented by self-made robot-looking lamps, the sink in the bathroom is also somewhat what used to be a sewing machine. All that gives this house a taste of authenticity.
  
  What could be improved: The owner expected us to come from the airport minute by minute which could not be done due to the fact that we, tourists, do not know the city well enough to be navigating well. So we came 20-30 minutes later and didn't find anyone to get the keys. That was the problem at the beginning so we had to wait until the owner could come himself to give us the key.
  The sofa with the armchairs in the living room are quite antique-looking at first, but then you realise that it's really inconvenient to use them
  There's no cutting board in the kitchen, so we had to use a flat-plate for this purpose.
