You know what really caught me off guard about The Easy Rooms Terrace? I was expecting another cramped old town hotel squished into some converted Ottoman house, but this place actually breathes. Walking up to the entrance on Kadirpaşa Geçidi – which, honestly, most tourists won’t even know exists since it’s tucked away from the main Kaleiçi drag – you immediately get that “locals know something you don’t” feeling. The street itself is barely wide enough for one car, but that’s exactly why it works. No tour buses rumbling past at 7 AM, no souvenir hawkers setting up shop right outside your window.

The terrace situation is legit, and I mean that in the best way. Most Kaleiçi hotels throw around the word “terrace” pretty loosely – you get some plastic chairs on a flat roof and they call it a day. Here, someone actually thought about it. The space opens up these views over the old quarter’s red tile rooftops that shift from golden to deep amber depending on the time of day, and you can catch glimpses of the Mediterranean between the minarets if you position yourself right. I spent way too many evenings up there with a beer from the mini market around the corner (about a two-minute walk, past that little carpet shop with the chatty owner who’ll definitely try to sell you something). The morning light hits differently too – soft and warm without being harsh, which is saying something for Antalya in summer.

What really sells this place, though, is how it feels lived-in without being worn down. The rooms have character – actual character, not the fake “rustic charm” you see everywhere. Stone walls that stay cool even when it’s pushing 35 degrees outside, wooden floors that creak just enough to feel authentic but not enough to wake your travel partner when you’re sneaking back from a late dinner. The bathrooms are modern where it counts, which honestly matters more than most people want to admit when you’re dealing with Mediterranean summer heat and long sightseeing days.

Staff-wise, they get the balance right between helpful and not hovering. Check-in was smooth, they knew the neighborhood well enough to point me toward the good lokanta down near Hadrian’s Gate instead of the tourist traps, and when I needed to figure out the dolmuş routes to Düden Falls, the front desk guy actually drew me a little map with timing notes. That 8.6 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be the Ritz, but it nails what it’s going for. If you want to feel like you’re staying in Kaleiçi rather than just sleeping there between attraction visits, and you don’t need a pool or room service, this hits the sweet spot. Just book the terrace room if it’s available – the few extra euros are absolutely worth it.

  Exceptionally clean room! That is the most important thing in the hotels – hygiene. It's smells so good, it has crispy white bedsheets. The room is also very comfortable. It has a refrigerator and a kettle. The lighting it beautifully done.
  Perfect location: it is close to literally everything – all the attractions, restaurants, coffee houses, etc.

  We had a really great stay at Easyrooms Verandah Antalya. The place was super clean, with fresh towels and bedsheets, and check-in was super easy. The owner was so friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. Honestly, everything was just smooth and comfortable—would definitely stay again!

  I unknowingly had booked this for my trip with Mom, as I was short on time but who knew it would turn out this great. The facilities the location and most importantly having a kind owner who helped me with all my doubts! The place is fantastic right in middle of the main town, and everything is accessible. Super friendly host and a beautiful place!

  A super sweet boutique hotel located in the old town, within walking distance of various shops and the marina.
  When you arrive at the hotel you instantly feel the basic luxury. Needs orientated, clean and comfortable.
  The owner is very friendly and sends you every detail before you even arrive in town.
  
  The only problem (tolerable in my opinion) may be the music that ends at midnight. But no matter where you get up in the castle, that music is everywhere, but after the music ends, you get up alone in an environment that suddenly becomes quiet.

  The room was very clean, nicely decorated.
  The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was done quickly and often.
  The terrace at the top floor is a nice plus.
  The location is very central, with bus/tram stations in walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: Since the location is so central in Kaleici during the night until around 1am it can get pretty noisy.
  This is normal for Kaleici, since it's also a historic area and buildings need to respect certain architectural requirements. Keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper and like to go to bed early.
  
  Although, the staff is very accommodating and will help you any way they can.

  Everything about the room was near perfect from the beds (subjective, not everyone would like them), the room, to the shower space. Myself and my partner enjoyed what they had to offer and we would love to see this standard for many rooms in the future we use. The communication with the owners and ease to getting into the property helped a lot too. The location was fantastic with the tram, shops, restaurants and everything you would want near by.
  
  What could be improved: My only negative was the noise outside. Now I didn't see any mentions of it in the listing but I also didn't research the area to know this could be a problem in Old Town (so I don't want to criticize to hard about this) but there is a bar less than 10m from the window essentially partying till 1am each night and it's also an avenue for a lot of walking and additional bars/restaurants near by. Luckily we could sleep eventually through this in time but a lot of people would see issues here (unless you want the night life experience). If you can't sleep through noise don't stay here or bring great ear plugs.
