Look, I’ll be straight with you about The Mori Club – this isn’t your typical Antalya hotel experience, and honestly, that’s exactly why it works. Tucked away on a quiet side street in Çağlayan, it’s one of those places you’d never stumble upon by accident, which means you’re not dealing with tour groups clogging up the lobby at 6 AM. The neighborhood itself is pretty residential, actually – you’ll hear roosters in the morning (I know, in the city, but Turkey surprises you like that) and there’s this lovely bakery about two blocks down that locals hit up for fresh simit before work.

What struck me first was how the place feels more like staying at someone’s really well-designed home than a hotel. The owners clearly put thought into every corner – none of that generic hotel furniture you see everywhere. The rooms have character, you know? Mine had this gorgeous old wooden headboard and tiles that looked hand-painted, though I never asked if they actually were. The bathroom was compact but clever, with one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly (you’d be amazed how many don’t). I mean, it’s not going to compete with the massive beach resorts down in Lara, but that’s sort of the point. You’re getting something more intimate here, more… authentic, I guess, without all the pool animators and breakfast buffet chaos.

Getting around from here is easier than you’d think – there’s decent dolmuş service to the old town, and honestly, the walk to Konyaaltı Beach is totally doable if you don’t mind a bit of exercise. Parking was never an issue when I had a rental car, which in Antalya is basically a minor miracle. The staff genuinely seem to care about what you’re up to, too. Not in an intrusive way, but they’ll actually give you solid recommendations instead of just pointing you toward the tourist traps. That 8.3 rating makes sense when you stay here – it’s the kind of place that does the fundamentals really well without trying to be something it’s not. If you’re looking for five pools and a kids’ club, this isn’t your spot. But if you want to feel like you’re actually experiencing Antalya rather than just visiting it, The Mori Club hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is small and does not have a swimming pool, but it is cosy and located in a good area of ​​Antalya. The lower Duden waterfall is within walking distance. There are pedestrian areas with beautiful views near the hotel. There is no beach near the hotel, but the hotel provides a free shuttle to Lara Beach. The hotel staff is very friendly.

  I loved my stay @Mori Club. The staff is polite and helpful, the rooms are clean, well lit and comfortable. They offer all services, including a shuttle to and from the beach. The vibe of the place is so positive that all you gotta do is be there & chill ! 🙂

  A lovely hotel just a few minutes away from the beach. The room was nice and clean. We could easily find a spot by the road to park our rental car. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us whenever needed. Breakfast was delicious too. A great stay!

  Nice hotel with good vibe. Great staff. Late check in was done swiftly. The receptionist (unfortunately I don’t remember the name of) was very friendly, I had an early flight out and he got up and served me breakfast ahead of time.
