You’re literally in the heart of old Antalya, surrounded by ancient Roman walls and winding streets that have been here for centuries. What’s brilliant about Kaleici is that you can wander to Hadrian’s Gate in about three minutes, then find yourself at a rooftop restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean just as quickly. The narrow streets mean you won’t deal with traffic noise, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. Actually, having free private parking here is almost unheard of — most places in the old town make you park outside the walls and walk in with your luggage.

The Rooms

The rooms strike that perfect balance between modern comfort and local character. You’ll find traditional Turkish textiles and artwork, but the air conditioning actually works (trust me, this matters in summer), and the Wi-Fi is solid throughout the building. The bathrooms are updated without losing the building’s historic feel, and most rooms have those thick stone walls that keep things naturally cool. Some rooms offer glimpses of the harbor through the old town’s rooftops — it’s not a full sea view, but those little peeks of blue water between the terracotta tiles are pretty special.

The breakfast buffet here is what I’d call “thoughtfully Turkish” — you get all the classics like fresh bread, olives, cheese, and honey, plus some international options that don’t feel forced. What’s really handy is their breakfast-to-go option if you’re planning an early day trip to places like Perge or Aspendos. The hotel doesn’t have a pool or spa (there’s just no room in these historic buildings), but honestly, you’re a five-minute walk from the old harbor where you can catch a boat or just sit at a waterfront café.

  The hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. Location is great, its bit difficult to find but hotel staff guide us. Free parking space is available.
  Breakfast does not have much choice but overall is good. Value for money.

  Everything was perfect. We arrived at deep night, but there was a receptionist or owner waiting for us.
  Hotel itself is located in the heart of Antaliya, close to the main sites.
  Air conditioner worked properly, the room itself was spacious and have a great interior.

  In the middle of the old town. Really comfortable, could walk easily around town, down to the beach. Reception recommended the best Hamam ever! caught a local bus to the Duden Falls – awesome.

  Ninova is an authenthic and charming hotel with a very nice atmosphere. Very quiet as well, although it is situated right in the hart of the old town. We enjoyed the breakfast in the garden which is full of flowers and orange trees. The staff is very friendly. We booked one night and returned for two more nights at the end of our holidays. The value for money is excellent. Other, more expensive hotels cannot compete with Ninova!
