Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to The U Homes on 1987 Sokak – I mean, it’s tucked away in this quiet residential street that you’d probably walk right past if you weren’t looking for it. But you know what? That turned out to be exactly what made it special. While everyone else is fighting for pool chairs at those massive resort complexes down by Konyaaltı Beach, you’re getting this genuinely local experience in what feels more like staying at a friend’s really well-designed apartment than a typical hotel.

The whole setup is pretty clever, actually – they’ve taken this residential building and turned it into these individual apartment-style units that somehow manage to feel both homey and properly hotel-clean at the same time. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing because despite being a 3-star place, everything just… works. The air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine (thank god, because Turkish summers are no joke), the wifi actually reaches every corner of the room, and – this might sound weird but it matters – the shower pressure is legitimately great. I’ve stayed at 5-star places in Antalya where you’re basically getting misted by sad, lukewarm water, so that was a pleasant surprise.

What really sold me on the place though was how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re about a 15-minute walk from the old town walls – you know, the proper Kaleiçi area where all the tourists go – but you’re far enough out that you can actually hear yourself think in the evenings. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that opens at 6 AM and makes these incredible börek that’ll ruin you for hotel breakfast forever, and honestly, discovering spots like that is half the fun of staying somewhere that isn’t just another cookie-cutter resort. The locals around there are used to seeing visitors but not overwhelmed by them, if that makes sense – they’ll actually give you directions instead of trying to sell you a carpet tour. Plus, if you’re planning to explore beyond Antalya (and you should, because places like Kaş and Olympos are incredible), having a car is pretty essential, and parking around The U Homes is actually manageable unlike in the historic center where you’re basically playing vehicular Tetris. The whole experience just felt more real, you know? Like you’re getting a taste of what it’s actually like to live in this part of Turkey rather than existing in some tourist bubble.

  Первое , очень понравилась приветливая встреча ,от двери до двери.Радушный,приветливый хозяин.Очень удобное расположение , шаровая доступность, чистота, уют и домашний быт на отлично.Особенно понравились турецкие чайники,гоняли чаи по вечерам))Рекомендуем Анталию и THE U HOMES всем!!!
  
  Tout d’abord, j’ai beaucoup aimé l’accueil convivial, de porte à porte. Propriétaire chaleureux et sympathique. Emplacement très pratique, accès facile, propreté, confort et vie à la maison sont excellents. J'ai particulièrement aimé les théières turques, nous servions du thé le soir)) Nous recommandons Antalya et THE U HOMES à tout le monde !!!
