Check-in was smooth, none of that bureaucratic nonsense you sometimes get at bigger hotels, and they were genuinely helpful about things like where to catch the dolmuş to the beach or how to avoid the crowds at Hadrian’s Gate.

Here’s the thing though – this isn’t the kind of place where you’re going to find a massive pool or a spa with twenty different treatments. It’s more about location and that boutique hotel experience where you feel like you’re staying somewhere with personality rather than just another generic room. The 8.7 rating makes total sense to me because it delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. If you’re the type who wants to be close enough to wander into Kaleiçi for dinner but far enough away to get a decent night’s sleep, and you appreciate places that feel more like a well-run guesthouse than a corporate hotel, then this spot will probably work for you. Just don’t expect resort-style amenities – though honestly, when you’re this close to everything Antalya has to offer, why would you want to be stuck at the hotel anyway?

  Everything was as described. The room is totally new, big shower and comfortable beds. Rich breakfast included and the personal was very nice. Smooth check in and good food.
  
  What could be improved: The rooms are on a main street and even if the windows are locked you can still hear the cars and the traffic. For us was ok. Just a minor detail.

  I stayed at Toprak City hotel Antalya for 17 nights during my holiday, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a unique and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were professional and very friendly, especially the two ladies, Haceran and Günay, who went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.
  
  Everything about the hotel was excellent. One of the best things was its amazing location very close to most of the places you might need, such as public transportation, restaurants, and shops. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
  
  I will definitely return to this hotel for my future holidays.

  Very friendly welcome and somewhere secure to store our 2 bicycles. Room small but adequate. Good hot shower in cabinet so no wet floor. Breakfast basic but good, a different hot dish every day.
  
  What could be improved: Lack of sound proofing between rooms so when you have noisy neighbours in middle of night it is not pleasant.

  The breakfast was amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and it was always fresh and there was something different every morning. The rooms and bathroom were super clean. Staff people were very friendly and helpful.

  It would have been nice to be offered the same items each day, as you would get a nice fried egg one day and then not be offered it again.
  Also, brown bread would have been nice, not just white bread
