  Absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The staff went above and beyond, our room was always clean, and the food was top-notch.
  
  The housekeeping lady made a special effort to surprise us by creating beautiful towel art in our room—it was such a lovely touch!
  
  Erkan from the Pool Bar was always smiling and very friendly.
  
  We were never bored thanks to the variety of activities and the fun, friendly entertainment team. Special thanks to Brian, Belu, Belinda, Ever, Gigi, Bakero, Katalina, Melissa, and Oktay.

  For summer and beach vacation is a very good hotel. Hotel is a family friendly place, at least at the time we visited there were many little kids. Beach is sandy, shallow for most distance. Sea is mostly calm without waves, one day was with big waves and it was fun.
  
  What could be improved: Rooms can use a bit renovation, but it wasn't in our requirement list.

  – The food was great, lovely, caring service staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and clean.
  – It was not overcrowded this time of the year so had a great experience. Did not have to queue for anything at all.
  – Excellent restaurants. I would rate them as follows:
  1- The levante – the best food experience we have ever had.
  2- green curry – second best
  3- flavour – not bad. but not as good as the levante. It was egyptian menu on our day. (they switch between countries each day)
  – Icecream, drinks and french fries stalls between lunch and dinner were a God send.
  – During our 4 day stay, we did not need to go out into the city at all.
  – Spa was excellent
  – Excellent sweets and cakes menu. very tasty food
  – Wifi range and internet speed was unbelievable. Had excellent coverage throughout. Even at the beach.
  – Do not miss the spa.
  
  What could be improved: – The room was right next to a construction site for a new resort next door. Very loud with constant banging, drilling and beeping trucks passing by.
  – The only one, outdoor heated pool was cold. (they have an indoor heated pool aswell but did not get a chance to try)
  – Shop is crazy expensive. Prices are about three times the original. Make sure you buy stuff while travelling from airport to resort. There are several grocery shops enroute.
  – Bathroom could use an exhaust fan and a brighter light instead of a dim orange light. (We stayed at the village). There was no wind flow, even though we kept the bathroom window open and the bathroom took ages to dry. It started to smell slightly because of this.

  We were surprised – starting from a very pleasant stuff, they offered early check-in and late check-out, they were very helpful with car rent and other facilities!
  The territory is clean and green! They really take care of it every day, lots of flowers and clean beach near the hotel. We compare with other hotels, of course. Here, the price and quality level exceeded our expectations. The food is fresh, and they try to arrange something different for the events.
  There's spa (hamam, sauna, massage) and sport activities.
  The internet is good. Cleaning is also OK.
  
  What could be improved: If it's critical for someone – take your own toothpaste and shampoo; there's just a soap in the bathroom, but for comfortable stay it's not enough (I suppose).

  The cuisine is just perfect, better than in any other hotel or restaurant in Turkey (except maybe other Tui hotels). Many sport activities, very good trainers from all the world.
  
  What could be improved: In Flavor restaurant which is a la carte and supposed to be better than the main one, the service was incredibly long, the place was too loud and we didn't like it at all. When a guest service representative came to ask us about our feedback, we shared this but he just smiled.
  The main restaurant is much better in service.
