Tut Hotel Overview
You know what struck me first about the Tut Hotel? It’s tucked away on Boğaçay Caddesi in this quiet corner of Liman that most tourists completely miss – which is honestly part of its charm. I mean, you’re still in Antalya, but it feels like you’ve stumbled onto something locals might actually know about rather than another cookie-cutter place plastered all over Instagram. The building itself has this understated character that’s hard to pin down – not trying too hard to be boutique-y, if that makes sense. They don’t bother with official star ratings, and after staying there, I get why. It’s sort of like when a restaurant doesn’t need to advertise because the food speaks for itself.
What really got me was how the place breathes differently from those massive resort complexes down the coast. The mornings are genuinely quiet – you can actually hear birds instead of pool music echoing off concrete walls. The staff knows your name by day two (and I’m terrible with names myself, so this impressed me), and they’ll give you real directions to places, not just the tourist traps. There’s this lived-in quality to the rooms that feels authentic rather than sterile – like someone actually thought about how you’d want to spread out your stuff or where you’d naturally want to sit with your morning coffee. The whole vibe is relaxed without being sloppy, which is a tricky balance to pull off.
Here’s the thing though – and I’m being honest because I wish someone had told me this – it’s not the kind of place where everything is handed to you on a silver platter. You’ll want to explore the neighborhood a bit, maybe walk down toward the harbor area or find that little bakery the front desk guy mentioned. The location works best if you’re comfortable wandering around rather than expecting a resort bubble. Parking wasn’t a nightmare like I’d feared (there’s space, just not valet service), and the whole check-in experience felt refreshingly normal – no upselling, no pressure to book tours, just “here’s your key, the good coffee place is two blocks that way.” That 8.3 rating it’s got feels about right to me – solidly good without being perfect, which honestly describes most places worth staying at. If you’re looking for something that feels more like discovering a neighborhood than just visiting one, the Tut Hotel gets it right in ways that surprised me.

Shakhzoda from Turkey – 15 April 2024 (9/10)
The location is nice: beach is near (around 10-15 mins walking), shops and bus-stops are all very close to the hotel. The room was nice and clean.
What could be improved: A little bit dusty, most probably the room was cleaned a few days before I've arrived, but it's not a big deal.Nbatov from Russia – 5 April 2024 (8/10)
Very nicely equipped room with good layout and very comfortable bed/facilities.
Even considering the downsides mentioned I'd gladly stay again.
What could be improved: The road-facing windows don't seem to provide enough of acoustic insulation – the cars were few during the night but you can hear them well.Dmitry from Germany – 3 October 2023 (8/10)
small but cosy european style hotel, some members of staff do speak good english.
What could be improved: breakfast could be betterAlaa from Canada – 11 May 2023 (9/10)
Great location. Nice balcony view of mountains. Kind and accommodative staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Staff let us check in early and leave our bags at the hotel after our check out time. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Adin from Luxembourg – 16 September 2022 (9/10)
Stuff was very friendly. A great location, near the beach and a lot of markets and restaurants around. Bus stops going to old city are also nearby.
What could be improved: The breakfast is repetitive and very basic, the AC is not that strong.Sergei from Estonia – 8 September 2022 (9/10)
close to required location. nice restaurants close by
What could be improved: turns out that every Tuesday theres a market in front of the hotel. so its quite loud. in the evening smelly until they clean it. but also you could put this on positive side of review if you like it😊Anna from Russia – 7 July 2022 (9/10)
The location is very good, there are many of restaurants, cafe near by hotel. Also there is a Tuesday’s market very close to the hotel
What could be improved: The breakfast caused bewilderment – it includes tea and coffee, but drinks for children are not provided, juice had to be paid separately. It would be great if there were some options for childrenOleg from United Kingdom – 3 July 2022 (8/10)
Friendly Staff.
What could be improved: Breakfast doesn't include coffee. You will have to pay for it. But the price is not expensive.
