The fact that there’s parking right on-site is actually a huge relief if you’re driving around this part of Turkey, because finding a decent spot in Kaş can be… well, let’s just say it’s not always fun.

Location and Getting Around

The location really surprised me in the best way possible. You’re close enough to Kaş town center to walk there when you want the energy and restaurants, but far enough out that you actually get some quiet time. I mean, the recent guests rated the location a solid 9.0, and after spending time there, I totally get why. It’s one of those spots where couples seem to really click with the vibe — there’s something about being slightly removed from the tourist chaos that just works for a romantic getaway. The neighborhood itself feels authentically Turkish, which I appreciated more than I expected to.

The Villa Experience

What struck me most about staying here was how the place manages to feel both intimate and spacious at the same time. The room I stayed in had this lovely Mediterranean charm without being overly decorated or trying too hard. You can tell the owners actually care about the details — little touches that make you feel like you’re staying at someone’s thoughtfully designed home rather than just another hotel. The whole property has this relaxed, unhurried feeling that honestly made me want to slow down and just enjoy being there.

Activities and Amenities

Here’s where Villa Candan Kaş really shines if you’re looking for more than just a place to sleep. They’ve got fishing opportunities right there, which is perfect if you want to try your luck in the Mediterranean waters. There’s also canoeing available — and trust me, paddling around the coastline near Kaş is absolutely worth doing at least once. I was surprised to find a playground on the property too, which makes this place work really well for families, not just couples. It’s that kind of thoughtful planning that you don’t always see at smaller properties.

With a 9.4 rating, this villa is clearly doing something right, and after my stay, I think I know what it is. It’s the combination of genuine hospitality and that perfect balance between being close to everything but not overwhelmed by crowds. The owners have created this little pocket of calm where you can actually relax — whether you want to spend your day exploring Kaş or just lounging around the property. Plus, having reliable parking and being in a spot that couples consistently rave about doesn’t hurt either. It’s one of those places that feels like a real discovery rather than just another booking.

  Villa had alle voorzieningen je komt als gezin niks te.kort. Alles werkt naar behoren en omgeving is rust gevend om een heerlijk rustige vakantie te houden. Hou je van rust is dit de perfecte plek. De eigenaar Serdar is een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame persoon die 24/7 klaar staat. Geweldig!! Ga zo door mijn complimenten.

  The Villa looks exactly like the photos and the pool is amazing as you can go for a swim whenever you feel like. Serdar responds very quickly to any messages and was a good host. We visited 2 pebble beaches and a sandy beach with beautiful blue seas. For the activities we went on a whole day jeep safari with a water fight (extremely fun), zip lining, horse riding and water rafting. On another day we took a ferry to the Greek island of Meis where we took a speed boat and visited the blue cave so managed to visit 2 countries in 1 week!
  
  What could be improved: Kas is quite a drive from the airport however the mountains and sea is exceptional. It’s such a beautiful place that almost looks like a picture.

  Nous avons été très bien accueilli d'es notre arrivée. Très sociale et respectueux. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. La villa est très confortable l'emplacement super calme . Super pour pouvoir se retrouver en famille au calme. La villa n'est non loin de la plage et des commerces. Je recommande sans exception 😊.

  The Villa is very spacious and air conditioning in every room made it very comfortable. The pool is fantastic and exceptionally clean. Outdoor areas were clean and sufficient for barbequeing and eating outside. The whole property is maintained very well. The host Serdar is a friendly and professional person who is always ready to help where he can. He visited the property twice during our stay to fill up the pool and water the garden but he made sure that he was not intruding on our time.
  
  What could be improved: The kitchen appliances such as the kettle, microwave and all the crockery must be replaced with new items because they are a bit old and worn. The mattresses must be replaced as some had the springs inside starting to push through. The location of the villa is wonderful if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle however, you cannot walk into the town of Kaş as it is extremely hilly and quite a distance. So taxi rides will be required for any visits to the centre of the town and the surrounds. A taxi ride takes 10 minutes and costs 90 Turkish Lira.
