Here’s what I wish someone had told me before my first trip to Kaş — the town gets busy during the day with day-trippers, but evenings belong to the people actually staying here. From Villa Günbatımı, you can easily walk down to catch the sunset from the harbor (hence the name, I suppose — “günbatımı” means sunset in Turkish), then wander back up through those winding streets. The villa’s location means you’re getting that authentic neighborhood feel without sacrificing convenience. Plus, having your own parking spot means you can actually explore the surrounding area — maybe drive out to Patara Beach or take that stunning coastal road toward Kalkan.

  Nous n'avons pas eu de petit-déjeuner. La villa était bien située. Elle était à 10min du centre-ville en voiture.
  
  What could be improved: Il y avait un hôtel à côté et lorsque nous sortions pour aller dans la piscine nous étions assez visible.

  Het ruime huis gelegen op n rustige schitterende locatie met zwembad. Airco deed goed zijn werk .
  
  What could be improved: Dat de keuken zeer basic was ingericht, de badkamers naar riool roken. De banken in de woonkamer vol met vlekken zaten. Reparatie aan koelkast/vaatwasser zouden komen uitvoeren, maar niemand gezien.
  Zwembad is volgens ons niet schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, voorlaatste dag werd het water bruinig.
  Dit klinkt allemaal vrij negatief. Desondanks hebben wij n heerlijke vakantie gehad.

  Der Pool war sehr sauber, hat eine gute Grösse, eine schöne Aussicht und eine angenehme Wassertemperatur (Mitte Juni).
