  Staff were attentive and always showed interest and were genuinely helpful. Always stopped for a chat, especially the Hotel Manager, even with the kids.
  
  Apartment was spacious. Good living room kitchen downstairs. Three double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Bonus was having a toilet downstairs as well given there was 5 of us.
  
  Pool was great, always clean as was all the surrounding areas and you always saw someone cleaning, watering, gardening, sorting the pool etc. et
  
  Felt very secure.
  
  What could be improved: The private pool had more eyes than I would’ve thought, from people walking past or the neighbours. This could do with looking at, even if it is partially fenced off.
  
  General tidy up of the facilities including sink taps (was either slow or a jet stream), cupboards broken in bathroom, cracks in sink albeit very hairline. And some general pipes showing. Door handles for bedrooms need looking at.
  
  1 out of 3 bedrooms mattress was really bad, very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on but others were fine. Appreciate this is down to preference so keep in mind.
  
  Airers could do with a refresh, very rusty now.
  
  Play area was often watered which meant kids couldn’t play. Suggest this is done early morning instead of late evening as it goes dark. Sometimes it was in the afternoon and sadly they missed out.
  
  Location – 12 minute walk from Land of Legends but on the way you can see they are building more and more. Not sure how much noise this will generate in say the next few years with building work.

  Friendly staff, nice private pool, close to our venue (ironman), very nice own house. Furniture clean, a lot of towels for our use, secure parking in front of the entrance.

  We stayed at Vista Villas for a month. It’s the perfect location for families with kids. July was a little less busy than August. A car is essential to get around.
  
  The suites and villas have everything you need for a long stay, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
  
  There are a lot of cute cats and kittens around the property. Please continue to take good care of them!

  Very clean and tidy good location the WiFi did play around sometimes but i do understand why it’s a massive property so the WiFi do mess around however it was a lovely stay staff was always friendly and happy to help
