Vois Kemer Hotel Overview

Look, I’ll be straight with you about Vois Kemer – it’s one of those places that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, and honestly, that’s refreshing. The hotel sits right on Deniz Caddesi, which means you’re basically a stone’s throw from the water (deniz literally means sea in Turkish, so they weren’t being subtle with that street name). When I first walked up, I was expecting something pretty basic given the 3-star rating, but there’s this understated charm that hits you – maybe it’s the way the building sort of embraces the Mediterranean vibe without going overboard with the typical resort nonsense.

What actually impressed me was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area. I mean, you know how hotel front desk people usually just point you toward the touristy spots? These folks were telling me about the little fish restaurants that locals hit up, the best time to catch the dolmuş (those shared minibuses that are basically Kemer’s lifeline), and which beaches get too crowded after 11 AM. The rooms are… well, they’re what you’d expect for a 3-star, but they’re clean and the AC actually works – which in Turkish summer heat is basically a life requirement. The whole place has this lived-in feeling that I’ve noticed in a lot of Turkish hotels that have been family-run for years. It’s not Instagram-perfect, but there’s something authentic about the slightly worn tile floors and the way the elevator makes that particular groaning sound that somehow becomes comforting after a day or two.

Here’s the thing about the location though – you’re close enough to hear the waves at night (assuming you get a sea-facing room), but far enough from the main strip that you won’t be dealing with drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM. The 7.8 rating makes sense to me because it delivers on what it promises without any major surprises, good or bad. Parking was easier than I expected, check-in was quick, and the neighborhood has that perfect mix of local life and tourist infrastructure. You’ve got your usual suspects nearby – a few markets, some decent restaurants, and that slightly chaotic but endearing energy that Turkish coastal towns do so well. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like staying in someone’s well-maintained home rather than a corporate hotel experience, Vois Kemer hits that sweet spot. Just don’t expect luxury amenities – but honestly, when you’re spending your days exploring the coastline and your evenings wandering through Kemer’s surprisingly decent food scene, who needs a fancy spa anyway?

  • Tatiana from Ukraine – 7 May 2025 (8/10)

No extra charge for dog. Great stuff. Central Location. Clean room. Acceptable breakfast. Elevator

What could be improved: Swimming pool was out of service

  • Vedant from France – 27 September 2024 (8/10)

We had a good stay for about 9 days. The hotel is very centrally located. The pool area is very cozy and nice to chill and also have food(takeaway). The breakfast is also nice and has lots of fruits , cheeses, bread and a few hot items such as boiled eggs, sucuk and french fries. Overall we had a good experience. The staff reception speaks english and those who don't also make an effort to communicate.

What could be improved: The shower is very small. If you are a big man , you can barely fit by squeezing into the shower.

  • Eldar from Belarus – 25 September 2024 (7/10)

Great location, nice swimming pool, good breakfast, free tea/coffee during the day. It is better to choose a room with a view on quiet courtyard and mountains.

What could be improved: Air conditioner was constantly blowing and paused itself. Its remote control was not working and it was not possible to change mode and temperature. Wi-Fi was rather slow or didn’t work at all. There was a bit unpleasant smell in the room.

  • Liliia from Ukraine – 13 September 2024 (8/10)

Location was the best in Kemer, all is near.
Good service. They always helped and were friendly.
Breakfast was better every day than any restaurant in Kemer
    I recommend this hotel)

What could be improved: The air conditioner does not turn off from the button. Turns off only when you leave the room and take the key that gives electricity.
The air conditioner runs continuously while you are in the room.
    I didn’t like it.

  • Josip_p from Croatia – 28 August 2024 (8/10)

Good location, nice looking room. Nice breakfast and pool. Very affordable price

What could be improved: Taxi to the airport a little bit too expensive, 55 EUR. AC was blowing the air directly on me while I was sleeping. Could not control its speed or temperature. The bathroom had a strange smell on the chemicals when I entered the room

  • Nasser from Iraq – 22 August 2024 (9/10)

I felt like home at Vois hotel, the staff is just like family and very helpful all the time. They helped me book tours through the city and boat trips. The owner is just very sweet and friendly. The location was amazing close to everything still not very crowded
    Loved this place

  • Mickleson from New Zealand – 16 August 2024 (7/10)

    Good pool
    Great location
Female English speaking staff member was great

What could be improved: It was probably worth what we paid but there is room for improvement.
    Breakfast was below average
    Pool music too loud
    Beds uncomfortable
Room had a very bad smell.

  • Lucy from United Kingdom – 13 August 2024 (8/10)

the hotel was very central, clean and comfortable. the pool area is really lovely and nice that it is always accessible even at night. (It looks so pretty all lit up!).
the breakfast was very good and there was always plenty of choice.
the manager and all the staff were very helpful and it was good value on top of all of this! I shall definitely book again if i go to the same resort.

What could be improved: The wi fi is a bit flaky in the rooms but this is s very minor point and didn't bother me as i had data anyway.
the lidt was out of actyion which also didn't bother me but it is probably good to warn people about this before they come.

  • Joelle from Lebanon – 9 August 2024 (8/10)

This hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, attractions, etc
The lady (maybe the owner or manager) was sweet and and Emin, a hardworking staff member, was incredibly helpful and friendly.
The pool and chill out area beside to it were really nice, especially at night with all the lights.
However, the rooms definitely require upgrades and maintenance; as they are small with tiny bathrooms.
