It’s actually tucked away in this quiet residential pocket of Gürsu – I mean, you’re literally on a side street where locals walk their dogs in the evening, but somehow you’re still close enough to everything that matters. When I first pulled up to 306. Sok, I’ll be honest, I was expecting something more… flashy? But there’s something refreshing about a four-star place that doesn’t need to scream about it.

The thing is, this area of Antalya is kind of perfect if you’re not trying to be right in the tourist chaos but still want easy access. You’ve got actual Turkish life happening around you – there’s this little bakery two streets over where the bread smell hits you every morning around 7 AM, and the neighborhood has that lived-in feel where kids play football in the small park nearby. The hotel itself sits quietly among the residential buildings, which honestly means you’re getting better sleep than those places right on the main drags. I stayed here in late spring when Antalya starts getting busy, and while other parts of the city were already packed with tour groups, this street stayed peaceful.

What really impressed me – and I’m someone who’s picky about hotels – is how they’ve managed to feel genuinely welcoming without being overly formal. The staff actually remembers your name after day one, which sounds small but makes a difference when you’re trying to figure out the best way to get to the old town or whether that restaurant down the street is worth trying (it is, by the way). The rooms are clean and comfortable in that “this is exactly what I need” way, not trying to be Instagram-perfect but well-maintained and thoughtful. And here’s the thing about location that no one mentions in those generic descriptions – you’re close enough to walk to proper restaurants where locals eat, not just tourist traps. There’s this whole strip of family-run places about ten minutes away that you’d never find if you were staying in the more obvious hotel zones.

I mean, look, it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury spa treatments or infinity pools, but that 8.7 rating makes sense when you’re there. It’s the kind of place where everything works the way it should, the neighborhood gives you a real taste of Turkish daily life, and you end up having better conversations with locals because you’re not staying in some isolated resort bubble. If you’re the type who likes to actually explore a place rather than just photograph it, this spot in Gürsu is quietly perfect for that.

  The host, Miss Kamile, was very friendly and nice.
  
  What could be improved: The water heater occasionally malfunctioned, and bathing in freezing cold water during winter was quite unpleasant.

  The apartment so clean and it's have a good position on the city behind the beach restaurant and the market the price with the value is so good the staff are friendly
  
  I initially booked one night but when I saw the cleanliness of the place I booked for 4 nights.
  
  What could be improved: Payment with a foreign bank card did not work at the hotel, although my card works at the market and the mall, and we had to use a Turkish bank card.
  
  There was a problem in the bathroom as most of the time there was no hot water at night but hot water was available in the morning.

  The overall experience was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay, definitely recommended.
  
  The place is spacious, quiet, very clean and charming, exactly as described and perfectly suited for our company (5 adults and 1 toddler). The apartment is well air conditioned, the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The location is perfect – 5 minutes walk from the beach, with good bus connection to the Old City, with a good grocery shop nearby. The WiFi in the apartment connection was also good. The pool is also a nice addition.

  It’s accessible to town centre and the beach. Also has a good size pool with loungers. Washing machine, dishwasher,fridge freezer,microwave and plenty of pots and kitchen utensils make cooking easy.

  We had a 2 bed apartment with sofa beds in the family room. The accommodation was with walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. The hostess was very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: There were 3 ACs, 1 in the family room and 1 in each bedroom but there was only 1 remote. This meant juggling the remote between rooms.

  Great location and very helpful staff. Had all the facilities we needed. Close to all the supermarkets . The staff were super helpful and even gave a lift to the car rental as we had a bad experience picking up the car from the Airport

  We enjoyed our apartment 8 on the top floor. We had a nice view, and it was quiet. The balcony was spacious and private. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. The beach is only 5 minutes walk and there are various grocery shops in the area. You can easily take a bus 20 minutes into the centre. There is some building work on other properties at the moment, so be aware that some views may become obstructed on completion.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom, which, if you're a group, may prove a bit difficult. This may be different in each apartment. The cooking pots were quite large for two people. Smaller ones would have been easier. We would have liked to turn off the intercom bell since some other guests would ring our bell late to gain entry. Be aware of where the air conditioning units are placed, as the bedroom one dripped a bit, which we reported, and the caretaker was concerned and addressed immediately.

  Big Apartments super clean with all the facilities. It felt like being at home. The location is excellent as you are 200m from the konyaalty beech. There are many shop restaurants near by. The host kamila will take care of you from the moment you get there. She was amazing thanks you so much for making our stay wonderful…
