You know what caught me off guard about Ada APART&HOTEL? It’s tucked away in this quiet residential corner of Konyaltı where you’d never think to look for accommodation – honestly, I almost walked past it the first time. The building sits on 552nd Street in the Kuşkavağı neighborhood, and while that might sound like the middle of nowhere, you’re actually in this sweet spot where locals live their actual lives, not the touristy bubble most visitors get stuck in.

The apart-hotel thing really works here, I mean, you get proper apartment-style setups with kitchenettes that are actually functional (not those sad hotel mini-fridges), but you still get daily housekeeping and a front desk that knows what they’re doing. The rooms have this clean, unfussy vibe – nothing fancy, but everything works and the beds are genuinely comfortable. I appreciated the balconies too, especially in the mornings when you can hear the neighborhood waking up… there’s something nice about the sound of real life happening below instead of just tourist chatter. The 9.2 rating makes sense once you’re there for a day or two – it’s not flashy, but they’ve figured out all the little things that matter when you’re settling in somewhere.

What I really loved is how this location puts you right in the thick of actual Antalya living. You’re a short walk from the Konyaltı district center where there are proper local restaurants (not the overpriced seafront places), and the beach is close enough that you can pop down whenever without it being this whole expedition. The neighborhood has a couple of small markets where you can grab groceries – which you’ll want to do since you’ve got a proper kitchen – and there’s this bakery about two blocks away that does incredible börek in the mornings. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Antalya will tell you is basically a miracle. The staff speaks decent English and actually seems to care about helping you figure out the area, not just checking you in and disappearing. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I was planning to explore Antalya properly rather than just doing the beach-and-hotel thing.

  I like this hotel. Its location is very good, not far from the center and Aquarium, close to museums and other landmarks. The room was big and very comfortable. Two cozy rooms, great furniture, there are everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Very comfortable hotel, thank you!

  This one-bedroom apartment is perfect if you want days from hotel staying. It close to the beach where many Turkey spend time for their vacation. Many restaurants and shops are withing walking distance. There is manager at the spot, who you can ask help, if you know how to use Google Translate. Parking is easy, just anywhere available on the street. The apartment has washing machine.
