You know what hit me first about Aether Flats No3? The location is just ridiculously perfect – and I mean that in the best way possible. It’s tucked away on 1279 Sokak, which honestly sounds more intimidating than it actually is. This little side street puts you right in the heart of Antalya’s Old Town, but here’s the thing – you’re close enough to walk to Kaleiçi’s cobblestone alleys in about five minutes, yet far enough from the main tourist drag that you won’t hear groups of travelers stumbling back at 2 AM.

The apartment itself feels like someone actually thought about how real people travel. I mean, they’ve got Netflix set up (thank god, because sometimes you just need to collapse after a day of exploring), and the whole place has this lived-in comfort that’s way better than sterile hotel rooms. The building’s on the first floor – which in Turkish style means you’re not lugging suitcases up endless stairs, something my back definitely appreciated. What really sold me was stepping out onto that little balcony area and realizing you can actually catch glimpses of the Mediterranean between the buildings. It’s not a full-on sea view, but those little blue patches remind you that Konyaaltı Beach is literally a 10-minute walk away.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before booking – the neighborhood comes alive in this amazing way around sunset. You’ll hear the call to prayer drifting over from the nearby mosques (honestly, it’s beautiful if you’re not used to it), mixed with the sounds of families chatting on their balconies and the distant hum of the tram that connects you to basically everywhere you’d want to go. The streets get busy during the day with locals doing their shopping, but by evening it settles into this perfect residential rhythm. Plus, and this is key, there’s actually decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to rent a car in Turkey – though honestly, you won’t need one. The tram stop is close enough that getting to the beach, the old harbor, or even out to the waterfall areas is pretty straightforward. What impressed me most was how the owner clearly knows their stuff – everything from the Wi-Fi actually working properly to having those little touches like extra towels and decent coffee setup. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed guest room rather than just another rental property.

  Very good location just walking distance to the old town..easily accessible..
  The flat was neat and clean ..the host was so considerate..almost everything was taken care of.. even the finest details like clean dishes ,cultery ,some snacks ,coffee and tea, dish washing gel, washing powder for the first few uses had been made available..they made sure that we had a comfortable stay.
  There is a very good park a few mtrs from the flat..kids loved to be there after long days of sight seeing..
  We loved the place..will definitely be staying with them anytime we visit Antalya.. much recommended for any family especially if you are travelling with kids.

  I would highly recommend this apartment. it is located in the heart of Antalya, so you can visit all the nice markets, supermarkets, restaurants and malls and you don't have to go too far. the owners of the building are very hospitable, even in the middle of the night they sometimes responded to questions if it was really urgent. They never responded to our questions in an annoying or irritated manner and were ready for us at all times. everything in the apartment was neat, beautifully decorated, functional and I would encourage everyone to stay here.
  
  What could be improved: the only slight downside was that the taxis had a bit of a hard time finding the address. but with the help of the owners that was quickly resolved.

  We liked everything about this special stay. It really made us feel at home. The location is so convenient, literally 10 minutes walking from the old town, markets, restaurants, tram station, and supermarkets. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. The host was available all the time, answered all our questions directly, and was so welcoming and full of positive energy. 🌻
  
  What could be improved: We liked everything. Though it would have been great if extra mirrors were available in the bedrooms.

  Enjoyed Ayla's apartment for a week and I believe it's ideal for 4 people.
  Check in and out were fast and easy. Some basic facilities were provided, like powder, a sponge, bottled water saved our time a lot after the flight. Didn't get how to change conditioner's mode so Ayla and her husband came and explained us how it works. Free wi-fi was fast enough for me to make video-calls.
  Migros and BIM, the park and the old town are close enough, so it's easy to buy products and to take a walk to the sightseen. The beach is in 40 minutes by bus but it wasn't important in winter.
  Ayla was always friendly and in touch. My mom felt so much relief seeing how Ayla cares abut her guests. Hope to come back again!
  
  What could be improved: The construction nearby was noisy on working days. The rest was great!
