Alp Pasa Fiore Garden Suites – Special Class Overview

You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked down Akarçeşme Sokak looking for this place – it’s one of those narrow cobblestone streets in Kaleiçi where you’re constantly checking your phone to make sure you’re going the right way. But honestly, stumbling upon Alp Pasa Fiore Garden Suites felt like finding a secret that locals have been keeping to themselves. The entrance is pretty understated (you might actually walk past it if you’re not paying attention), but once you step through that doorway, it’s like entering someone’s beautifully curated private courtyard.

The garden suites part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff – there’s actually this gorgeous central garden area where you’ll probably end up spending way more time than you planned. I mean, when you’re staying in the heart of Antalya’s old town, you expect some charm, but this place delivers it without feeling like a theme park version of Turkish hospitality. The suites themselves have this authentic Ottoman influence that doesn’t feel forced or overdone, and honestly, the attention to detail is pretty impressive for a boutique property. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets in the evenings – you’re literally steps away from all the restaurants and shops along Hesapçı Sokak, but the thick stone walls keep most of the street noise out. Well, except for the occasional call to prayer from nearby mosques, but that’s part of the whole Kaleiçi experience anyway.

The staff here actually knows the neighborhood inside and out, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to navigate the maze of streets around Hadrian’s Gate or figure out the best time to visit the marina without fighting crowds. They pointed me toward this little lokanta tucked away on Tabakhane Sokak that I never would have found otherwise – those are the kinds of tips that make a stay memorable. I’ll be honest though, if you’re someone who needs a huge lobby or formal concierge desk, this might feel a bit too intimate. But for most travelers, especially couples looking for something with character, the 8.2 rating makes perfect sense. The whole place has this lived-in elegance that you just can’t fake, and being able to walk to Mermerli Beach in about ten minutes while staying in a restored Ottoman-era building? That’s pretty much the sweet spot for experiencing Antalya’s old town without sacrificing comfort.

Reviews of Alp Pasa Fiore Garden Suites – Special Class

  • John from United States – 28 April 2025 (8/10)

Perfectly located in the Old Town area with access to sites.

What could be improved: Recently under new management and some of the replies to questions online did not match current conditions. For example not all rooms are suite and not all rooms are on ground floor or accessible by elevator. This caused an initial problem but was addressed by staff and management with an outstanding alternative.

  • Svetlana from United Kingdom – 6 January 2025 (8/10)

    Perfect location, big apartment.

What could be improved: Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. It is in the heart of the old town and you will see every person outside

  • Magaret from Namibia – 26 November 2024 (8/10)

Beautiful place in Old Town. Can walk everywhere. So many great restaurants close by.

  • Sami from France – 11 August 2024 (9/10)

The location was great. The building is so nice.

What could be improved: Bedrooms need better curtains

  • Yvonne from United Kingdom – 19 July 2024 (9/10)

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Quiet at night but right around the corner from bars and restaurants.

What could be improved: Little disappointed at the size and location of the swimming pool, appeared a lot larger on photos but I guess that's the camera lens used. I guess ok for a quick dip but didn't bother.

  • Hannah from United Kingdom – 10 July 2024 (9/10)

Unique setting in the heart of the old city. Very clean spacious rooms, friendly, helpful staff

What could be improved: Nothing not to like

  • Quantrill from United Kingdom – 19 April 2024 (8/10)

The beautiful historic surroundings, the view from the window, the attention to detail in the renovation, the reception staff's friendliness, the very comfy bed.
Easy access on foot to the whole of Kaleici….so many restaurants and bars and shops in easy walking distance..

What could be improved: The people noise at night from passerbys all through until the very small hours of the morning.

  • Matthew from United Kingdom – 15 October 2023 (8/10)

Great location in Old Town Kaleici. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, and not far to the harbour or to Hadrian's Gate.

Lovely pool and lounging area with a bar that has very attentive staff. Also has a rooftop terrace sunbathing area, perfect for when the buildings block out the sun by the pool.

The grounds are stunning and you are surrounded by greenery and loved picking a lime from the tree to put in my beer.

Great shower, comfortable bed and nice patio for drinks at night.

What could be improved: Breakfast is awful. Didn't have a clue what anything was. Considering it was ain't British people staying they could really do with some more typical style Breakfast items. There was no toast. No cereal. No kind of breakfast meats at all just eggs, omelette and sloppy concoctions for which I had no idea what I was looking at.

Be aware the rooms you see on pictures may mot be what you are offered when you arrive. They took me to a room that had not been cleaned and was nowhere near the size shown in the picture. There was trash around the room, dirty plates and glasses and the bed was not made. I complained until I got something more similar to what I booked.

  • Antonieta from United Kingdom – 18 September 2023 (8/10)

Breakfast was excellent with a great choice of foods all ver fresh and tasty. I particularly liked the fresh cheeses and the honey.

What could be improved: I had very noisy neighbours (probably drunk at 2 AM in the morning) causing a wrack which included shouting and banging at our door then running away. We did inform the reception team who told us to give them a call if it happened again so that they could send security. This didn't happen again however my experience of calling reception (for a different question) was that no one answered the phone anyway.Ver

  • Marinos from Cyprus – 18 April 2023 (9/10)

Excellent location, great value for money and helpful staff. The breakfast was nice with a variety of options. Breakfast is served at the next door hotel 30 meters from Fiore at Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel, which owns Fiore.
A dinner buffet is available at the Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel and it's a very good deal for €15 per person (excluding drinks) but the 2 consecutive nights we ate there, the menu was very very similar and it was not making sense to have it again.
The room was very good and spacious with plenty of windows, sunlight and nice breeze – considering it was April when the temperature in Antalya is still manageable.
Best season to visit because in the Summer it's a very crowded city and very hot and humid.

What could be improved: Although we were given instructions to check in at the Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel where the reception is, it's very tricky to get there because it's in the downtown area where most streets are pedestrian. So you may end up being dropped off near by and having to walk for your check in.
The WiFi was sometimes unstable and a bit slow but at least it was free. You will be given a sheet of paper at check in about the rules Breakfast times, WiFi, extra charges etc, it will also say that Cleaning is included and done between 08:00-17:00 but this does NOT apply to the Fiore hotel, but only for Alp Paşa Boutique Hotel. So cleaning is not included but you can get it at an extra charge.
As a studio it has a adequately equipped kitchenette including a stove-top, but no microwave which could have been very useful. The minibar mentioned in the description is just a mini refrigerator with nothing in it, but you can stock up from near by mini markets.
