You know what caught me off guard about Arkk Homes? It’s tucked away on this quiet side street in Haşim İşcan – honestly, I almost walked past it the first time because it doesn’t scream “hotel” from the outside. But that’s actually part of its charm. While everyone’s fighting for spots along the main drags in Muratpaşa, this place sits in what feels like a proper residential neighborhood where you can actually hear yourself think.

The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s really well-designed apartment than a typical hotel. I mean, they call themselves “Homes” for a reason – each room has this lived-in quality without being messy, if that makes sense. The kitchenettes are actually functional (I’ve stayed in too many places where they’re just for show), and whoever picked out the furnishings clearly spent time thinking about what people actually need. Good lighting for reading, proper outlets where you need them, that sort of thing. The staff genuinely seems to know the neighborhood too – not just the tourist spots but where to grab decent Turkish breakfast that won’t cost you a fortune, which streets to avoid during rush hour. One of them pointed me toward this little bakery two blocks over that I never would’ve found otherwise.

Here’s the thing about the location – you’re maybe a 10-minute walk from the main tourist areas, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of tour groups and street vendors. The neighborhood gets properly quiet after 10 PM, which was perfect for me since I’m one of those people who needs actual silence to sleep well. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’ve got a rental car (the streets are narrow and locals definitely have their favorite spots), but the hotel sorted that out pretty quickly. The whole area feels safe for walking around at night, and there’s a decent little grocery store practically next door if you want to stock up on snacks or water. Honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was expecting to find some catch – maybe tiny rooms or dodgy WiFi or something – but it really does live up to the hype. It’s one of those places that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something special, even though plenty of other travelers clearly have too.

  Great location, excellent Superior room with balcony. Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants. Small grocery store just around the corner. Mr. AKILTOPU and his staff were very helpful and friendly. Provided details of local restaurants, shopping, attractions etc. Weather nice when sunny. Wifi was a bit hit and miss – but are you going to spend the holiday fiddling with wifi and watching TV? – NO. Always felt safe, no thugs, though some of the salesmen were very persistent – a firm NO! sorts them. We enjoyed the holiday and would come again.
  
  What could be improved: If you are a person who finds fault, then don't come here. Yes – there was an early morning call to prayer at 07:00. We had a water leak due to rain – so – it happens, it was sorted quickly. Come with an open mind and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.

  The apartment had wonderful views, was very clean, comfortable and convenient to nearby sites and amenities. It had all the conveniences that travelers look for including a washing machine and dryer. We lacked nothing:)!

  Definitely will come again and stay at the same apartment. Awesome room, very spacious, clean, mordern, well decorated and with all the facilitates you need. Theres washer and dryer in the room, and a spacious living room facing the old town and Harbour. Fantastic view! Its at the Centre of the Town, walking distance to the attractions.

  Spacious apartment (1200 sqft) with view of the Mediterranean Sea and the streets of Antalya. The apartment was in a great location with a Migros nearby and many shops and food options. The staff were friendly and very helpful! They were attentive and communicative through WhatsApp to assist with any questions and we also booked a Pamukkale day tour through the hotel at a reasonable price!
  
  What could be improved: Master washroom was a bit small and place isn’t completely stocked (laundry detergent, paper towel, etc) as cleaning services don’t happen regularly.

  The apartment was very spacious and clean. Everything was exactly shown on the photos. The location of the apartment was in the heart of city where everything is happening. Walking distance to all restaurants and cafes.
  
  What could be improved: I thought the apartment had a large balcony as it was shown on the photos but they said that is a common area and it is the only balcony in the building. No big deal though because the weather was extremely hot.
