  Location is very good. Old town is 15-20 min walk. The staff is very friendly. The manager at the reception is a very nice guy.

  What could be improved: There were bedbugs as well as cockroaches everywhere. We saw them in our bed, in the shower, in the kitchen…everywhere. Shower and toilet were almost completely broken. We wanted to cook in the room, but there was really the minimum amount of items available. We also had a language barrier.

  The manager made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, including a great welcome, good advice and quickly resolving any issues.
  
  The location is 5 minutes walk to old city. There are superstores and restaurants nearby making it a very good location. Bus station is also 5-7 minutes walk.
  
  There’s a small kitchenette with basic utensils which gave us good room to move about too.
  
  What could be improved: Turkey is full of cigarette smoke! Can’t blame the hotel I guess
