It’s tucked away on 1974 Street in the Fener neighborhood, which honestly took me a minute to find the first time (the street numbers aren’t super obvious), but that’s part of what makes it feel like a local secret.

The location is pretty clever when you think about it. Fener isn’t where all the tour buses dump people, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters in Antalya. I mean, you can actually walk to the old town without feeling like you need to plan an expedition, and there’s this little bakery just around the corner that locals hit up for breakfast – I watched the same guys stop by every morning around 7 AM. The area gets quiet at night, which is honestly refreshing after dealing with the chaos of the main tourist strips. You’ll hear some street sounds during the day, but nothing that kept me awake.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between boutique charm and actual functionality. The rooms have this mint-green accent thing going on (hence the name, I guess), but it’s done tastefully – not like someone went crazy with a paint bucket. The beds are genuinely comfortable, and I’m someone who usually struggles with hotel mattresses. Check-in was smooth, no weird bureaucratic nonsense, and the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood well enough to give useful recommendations beyond the typical tourist traps.

The 9.2 rating isn’t just inflated review scores either – you can feel it in the small details. Like, the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, the water pressure is solid, and they’ve got this whole setup that makes you feel settled rather than just passing through. Parking can be a bit tight on the street, but there are options nearby, and honestly, once you’re there you might not need your car much anyway. The morning light hits the building just right, and there’s something about the whole vibe that makes you want to linger over coffee rather than rushing out to tick off sightseeing boxes.

I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to experience Antalya more like someone who lives there rather than just visiting. It’s not the flashiest place you’ll find, but sometimes that’s exactly the point.

  Booked an apartment with kitchen, it was spacious and comfortable, nice balcony and black-out curtains, good shower. Parking outside on a road with little traffic. Loved the location; short walk to delicious places to eat, bars (with live music!), shopping. Communication was good via WhatsApp and staff were nice.
  
  What could be improved: If you want to be walking distance to the beach or old town, this location isn't for you. We enjoyed getting the bus to the old town (made easy with Google maps and contacless card to pay) and a cheap taxi back. We drove to the beach since it was easy to park off-season.
  
  More basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil would be great!

  Breakfast was delivered daily and included a delightful selection of fresh bread, a perfectly boiled egg, a variety of vegetables, honey, jam, and delicious cheeses—a wonderful way to start the day! The location was in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, just a short 15-minute walk to the scenic seafront. Plus, being so close to a shopping mall made everything incredibly convenient.

  The breakfast had bread, some cheese and butter a side of fresh veggies. However, there was no tea apart from the two bags of tea in the kitchen on the day I arrived. Some tea or coffee with breakfast would have been nice.
