  The apartment is clean and tidy and had all the facilities we required. The cooking facilities were basic but adequate and basic condiments were provided. The aircon, hot water, fridge, cooktop, washing machine, shower all worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is small but this wasn’t a problem for us because of the huge balcony that wraps around room 503. We spent most of our time on the balcony, in the sun enjoying the panoramic views over the harbour.
  The traffic in Antalya is bad and street parking could be a challenge. We could always get paid parking in the underground car park next to the hotel.

  Удобство расположения, невероятно большая терраса, с которой открывался вид на Калеичи и море с одной стороны и горы с другой. Близость магазинов, трамвайной линии, мест общепита.
  В номере необходимая бытовая техника, удобная кровать, в небольшом, но достаточном количестве кухонная утварь.
  Номер превзошёл ожидания.

  Fantastyczna lokalizacja, tuż przy starym mieście, wszystko w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru. Czyściutko, wszytkie potrzebne sprzęty na miejscu: mikrofalówka, płyta, pralka, żelazko, suszarka. Ale największe wrażenie robi widok z tarasu.
  
  What could be improved: Jedyna rzecz, której mi brakowało w pokoju to lampka nocna, potrzebne jakieś oświetlenie delikatne przy łóżlu.

  A smaller, tastefully furnished apartment on the top floor in an excellent location, featuring a large terrace with a sea view. Great staff who quickly fulfilled all requests.

  The Apartment is perfectly situated for visiting the old town in fact from the large balcony you have a fantastic view of the old town including the city walls and a beautiful sea view.

  My friend and I really enjoyed staying in the Room 503 of Royal Homes. Communication with the owner Yavuz was very easy, even at a late hour (due to the late arrival). His employees were very helpful during our stay, as well. The room is just perfect for 2 people. Everything is new and in the best condition! The location is great as well. Highly recommend!
