You know what? I’ve stayed at plenty of boutique places around Antalya, but Royal Homes 704 caught me completely off guard. Tucked away on 1. Sokak – which sounds super official but is actually this quiet little street that most tourists never stumble across – it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you discovered something special. I mean, there’s no flashy star rating because honestly, it doesn’t fit into those cookie-cutter hotel categories anyway.

The whole vibe here is refreshingly different from the massive resort complexes that dominate this part of the Turkish coast. When I first walked in, I actually thought I might be in someone’s really well-designed home (hence the name, I guess). The owner clearly has an eye for detail – there are these gorgeous local textiles mixed with modern touches that somehow don’t clash at all. What really got me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re still close enough to walk to the main tourist areas when you want that energy. The rooms have this lived-in elegance that feels authentic rather than staged, and I loved that each one seems slightly different. The bathroom in mine had these beautiful Turkish tiles that looked handpicked, not bulk-ordered from some hotel supply catalog.

Here’s the thing though – and this is why it’s scoring a 9.2 with guests – the service feels genuinely personal without being intrusive. The staff actually remembers your name and seems to know the neighborhood inside out. When I asked about avoiding the crowds at Kaleiçi, they gave me specific timing tips that only locals would know. Parking can be a bit tricky on that narrow street (fair warning), but they’ll help you figure it out rather than just shrugging it off. I stayed there during shoulder season in late April, and honestly, it felt like having a home base while exploring rather than just another hotel room. The morning light streaming through those big windows, the smell of Turkish coffee drifting from somewhere downstairs, the sound of local life happening just outside – it all adds up to something that feels real. If you’re tired of sterile hotel experiences and want to feel like you’re actually staying in Antalya rather than just some international hotel bubble, this place gets it right.

  Very clean, quiet, good facilities and in a great location close to tram stops and central city. They provide laundry detergent, cooking oil and anything you might need. Really well thought out and comfortable apartment. Recommend.

  Аппартаменты находятся у самого старого города, вход правда через торговые ряды, но это не смешало. Вид на крыши. Рядом есть магазины и остановки городского транспорта. Все чисто, аккуратно, уютно. На миникухне есть минимально необходимый набор посуды (только вот турки не было, а жаль), масло, соль, перец, чай, сахар. В номере есть своя стиралка и напольная сушка для белья. Есть одноразовые тапочки и мини-шампуньки. Интернет работал в основном исправно, но были моменты выбрасывал. Внимательный персонал, простое заселение. Цена/качество – супер.

  Super lokalizacja wszędzie blisko zwłaszcza na bazar i starówke.Młody właściciel bardzo pomocny bez problemu zamienił nam telewizor gdyż poprzedni się popuł nie było problemu zostać pare godzin dłużej ponieważ mieliśmy samolot o 18.00 Apartament naprawdę czyściutki,pachnący jest wszystko co potrzeba ręczniki ,kapcie suszarka do włosów .Choć wejście z bazaru nie zachęca do wejścia to już w środku jest okej .POLECAM

  Интересное расположение в центре, в старом городе, вход через вещевой рынок. Пятый этаж, видимо надстроенный позже, так как здание 4-х этажное. Это было очень необычно! Вид с маленького балкона на крыши домов и голубей.
  Номер небольшой, но есть все необходимое, даже маленькая сушилка для белья. Чисто и красиво, уютно.
  Рекомендую!

  The stay was great, the apartment has an amazing location close to the beach, nightlife & shopping too.
  The apartment has everything you may need on your trip and is exactly what you see in the photos.
  As for the owner, he was always available and extremely helpful and welcoming.
  We had our flight cancelled twice and he kindly accomodated us in another apartment until we were able to fly out again.
  Highly recommend staying in any of his apartments and if we travel back to Antalya it would be our choice of stay.
